ABSTRAK Posyandu Menur terletak di Desa Tirtonirmolo, Kapanewon Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dengan penderita diabetes mellitus berjumlah 45 orang. Keluarga mempunyai peran krusial dalam melakukan deteksi dini risiko luka kaki diabetikum melalui pemeriksaan Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) bagi penderita diabetes mellitus. Pemeriksaan ABI adalah prediktor utama dalam deteksi dini risiko luka kaki diabetikum. Pengukuran ABI bersifat sederhana, non invasif dan dapat dilakukan oleh keluarga penderita yang terlatih. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan keluarga dalam deteksi dini risiko luka kaki diabetikum melalui pemeriksaan Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) berbasis website. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan kegiatan sosialisasi dan focus group discussion bersama dengan pengurus Posyandu Menur dan Puskesmas Kasihan 2 tentang Plan of Action (PoA) dan Tem of Reference (ToR) kegiatan serta pemaparan teknologi berbasis website. Tahap selanjutnya, pemberian edukasi kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan simulasi melalui penerapan teknologi berbasis website, website tersebut dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, diakses berulang kali secara gratis melalui smartphone. Website tersebut berisi artikel, gambar dan video animasi 2D. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 45 orang keluarga dan dilaksanakan di Posyandu Menur. Rata-rata usia mitra adalah 52,08±2,35 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan (88,71%), sebagian besar berlatar pendidikan SMA (57,78%) dan tidak bekerja (73,33%). Ketrampilan keluarga dalam melakukan deteksi dini risiko luka kaki diabetikum melalui pemeriksaan Ankle Brachial Index (ABI), pada kategori baik mencapai 77,78% setelah intervensi, dengan p-value 0,000 artinya terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan, ketrampilan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Media edukasi kesehatan dengan penerapan teknologi berbasis website berdampak positif bagi ketrampilan keluarga dalam melakukan deteksi dini risiko luka kaki diabetikum melalui pemeriksaan Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). Diharapkan keberlanjutan program kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan dukungan dari puskesmas setempat agar penderita diabetes mellitus dapat melakukan pencegahan luka kaki diabetikum secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. The Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) test for individuals with diabetes mellitus can be used to diagnose diabetic foot ulcer risk early, and family members are essential in this process. One important predictor in the early identification of diabetic foot ulcer risk is the ABI test. ABI measurement is easy to do, non-invasive, and accessible to family members with the necessary training. This community program uses a web-based Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) test to help families become more proficient in identifying diabetic foot ulcer risk early. In order to implement this community service, socialization exercises and focus groups with the management of Posyandu Menur and Kasihan 2 Health Center were held to discuss the activities' Plan of Action (PoA) and Terms of Reference (ToR). Additionally, website-based technology was presented. Using website-based technologies to deliver health education through lectures and simulations is the next stage. This website is available for free on a smartphone at any time, from any location, and repeatedly. Articles, pictures, and 2D animated films are all on the website. The Posyandu Menur hosted this community service, which was attended by forty-five families. Their average age is 52.08±2.35 years, and the majority of them are unemployed (73.33%), female (88.71%), and have a high school diploma (57.78%). After the intervention, the family's good category skills in the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) examination for early diabetic foot ulcer risk detection reached 77.78%, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant difference in abilities between before and after the intervention. The use of website-based technology applications in health education media improves family abilities in identifying diabetic foot ulcer risk early on using the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) test. With the help of the neighborhood health center, it is intended that the activities of this program can continue to be sustained, enabling individuals with diabetes mellitus to prevent diabetic foot ulcers on their own and in a sustainable manner.
