Abstract

This research aims to delve into and analyze the concept of international aggression within the framework of international law. International aggression poses a serious issue that can trigger conflicts between nations and jeopardize global peace. Through the lens of international legal analysis, this study explores key aspects related to the definition, characteristics, and consequences of international aggression. The research employs a method of analyzing international legal documents, including the UN Charter and relevant treaties, to identify the concept of international aggression and the legal framework regulating it. In-depth analysis of the development of these legal norms helps in understanding how the international community strives to prevent and address acts of aggression. The findings of the study highlight challenges in the interpretation and application of legal norms related to international aggression. Furthermore, the research discusses the role of international institutions, particularly the UN, in handling aggression cases and maintaining world peace. The legal implications of aggressive actions and efforts to enforce international law are reexamined within the context of real-world cases to provide deeper insights. By presenting a comprehensive analysis of the concept of international aggression, this research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the complexity of this issue. Its implications are anticipated to assist policymakers, researchers, and legal practitioners in enhancing the effectiveness of international law in addressing the challenges of international aggression, ultimately contributing to global peace and justice

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Production Cost and Sales Cost on the Net Profit of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method in this study is the quantitative method. The population in this study includes 26 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Six companies were selected as the research sample. The data in this study is the secondary data obtained from audited annual reports and reported to the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis techniques in this study are classical hypothesis tests, i.e. normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results obtained from this study indicated that Production Costs have no significant influence on the Net Profit, while Sales Costs have a significant effect on the Net Profit, and at the same time, Production Costs and Sales Costs affect profits simultaneously. Abstract

Pemahaman konsep penting dimiliki siswa untuk menghubungkan setiap konsep agar mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemahaman konsep IPA rendah di jenjang sekolah dasar karena tidak diimbangi dengan media pembelajaran yang mendukung, khususnya pada materi rotasi bumi. Rotasi bumi merupakan materi yang asbtrak dan sulit dihadirkan di kelas sehingga guru perlu melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menggunakan media yang membantu untuk menyampaikan pesan yang abstrak menjadi konkret. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media video pembelajaran, serta perbedaan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan video pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan rancangan kelompok non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media video pembelajaran di kelas eksperimen meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas VI pada materi rotasi bumi.

Abstract

Alasan peneliti memilih kelas VA SDN 94 Singkawang karena nilainya masih belum mencapai ketuntasan minimum yaitu 65. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh rata-rata nilai nilai Bahasa Indonesia yaitu 41,52. Siswa yang tuntas hanya tujuh orang, siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak sembilan belas orang. Tujuan, dari Penelitian agar Pemanfaatan Picture and Picture materi menulis karangan deskripsi meningkat kan Hasil Belajar Siswa. Pelaksanaan penelitian perbaikan mempertimbangkan keterbatasan , maka peneliti melakukan kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat dibantu oleh supervisor untuk melaksanakan observasi terhadap tindakan selama proses pembelajaran dikelas proses dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi pembelajaran melalui penerapan siklus satu dan siklus dua. Setelah tindakan kelas diberikan pada siklus satu, nilai rata-rata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia meningkat jadi 56,34. Peningkatan hasil belajar menuliis karangan deskripsi pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui pemanfaatan Picture and Picture memberikan hasil yang sedikit meningkat walaupun belum mencapai rata – rata nilai KKM 65,00. Hasil siklus II dengan Picture and Picture rata – rata siswa meningkat menjadi 72,11. Kesimpulan hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik dalam siklus I maupun siklus II melalui pemanfaatan Picture and Picture materi menulis karangan deskripsi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas VA SDN 94 Singkawang pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025
