Abstract

The research on :"The Effect of Material Type and Concentration Organic Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Crop Growth Of Green Beans (Phaseolus radiatus L.)" was held from 6th April 2013 to date 22th Juny 2013 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University Slamet Riyadi which is located in the Village Kadipiro, Subdistrict Banjarsari, Town Surakarta. This research uses the basic design of RGD (completely randomized design) are arranged in a factorial with 2faktor treatments and 3 replications. Data were analyzed using analysis of Variety, followed by Test Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) at 5% significance level. The results of research show that, 1) type of organic matter is the best manure, because it can increase the yield of green bean plants are optimally weight of 100 seeds on average 5.33 g per crop and pod yield an average of 19.68 g, 2) best LOF was 10 cc / l of water, because it can increase the yield of green bean crop that optimal weight of 100  seeds on average 5.36 g per crop and pod yield an average of 19.67 g, interaction best treatment is a combination of LOF concentration of 15 cc / l of water with rice husk (4 branches per crop. Abstract

ABSTRACT Research goals: to determine the qualitative and quantitative nature of the Agricultural Soil Landslide Prone on the slopes of the Western Region District Karanganyar Lawu Volcanic following   soil classification and the factors that affect soil formation. This research through a survey with primary data collection techniques in observation (boring and soil profile descriptions) as well as laboratory analysis of soil physical properties in particular.Place of research on landslide prone soils: Kec. Karangpandan / Ds Gerdu, district. Tawangmangu / Ds Plumbon, district.Ngargoyoso / Ds.Nglegok, district. Jatiyoso / Dsn Margorejo, district. Jenawi / Ds Seloromo, district. Kerjo / Ds Plosorejo. The time is August until October2011 In conclusion: 1). Regional District. Karanganyar including landslide-prone areas of the existing 17 districts there are 12 to 15 districts are prone to landslides So every time the rainy season there are certain areas affected by landslides, 2). Lawu as one important source of agricultural production in the district.Karanganyar; 3). Soil properties in the Regional District.Karanganyar quite fertile making it suitable for most agricultural business district areas. Karanganyar have properties and the same relative level of landslides (soil properties, geographic conditions, and weather); 4). The area around the avalanche (avalanche prone) still has good potential for farming as long as accompanied by environmentally sound land conservation efforts; 5). Soil Forming Factors that influence: climate, parent material (G. Lawu), and organisms (organic material and vegetation); 6). The results of soil classification obtained andosol name (PPT Bogor and FAO / UNESCO) or Hapludands (USDA Soil Taxonomy) for Ds.Plumbon Kec.Tawangmangu, and Kambisol (PPT Bogor and FAO / UNESCO) or Eutropepts (USDA Soil Taxonomy) for Ds. Plosorejo Kec.Kerjo, Ds. Nglegok district.Ngargoyoso, Ds Seloromo district. Jenawi, Dsn Margorejo district. Jatiyoso, Ds Gerdu district. Karangapandan., Key words: Assessment, Nature Landslide, Slope Mountain.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTurmuric plant and galangal is plant that have been populist, Indonesiannation has been known since forebear trade in Nusantara, also known even inChina, Babillonia, and Egypt, because has many benefits, such as for staple foodseasoning to a variety of cakes and sweets, trditional medicine is natural and freeof artificial chemical in the form of herbal medicine, skin medications, cosmeticand etc. but all serves to keep and increase human health, or increase livelihoodand both society and the state economy.Remember the benefits very higher, then it’s development needs to be putonly traditional but also modern such us processing and packaging are eitherfixed without chemical preservatives and marketing in a professional and nothave to change their traditional characteristic coming from the common people.For turmeric and galangal succesfull, it needs to be prepared early andwell planned, that’s from attitude preparation, adequate capital, seed and goodsoil, maintanane involves fertilizing, watering, pest and desease eradication inproportion and restrained untill the harvest, processing and marketing. So itmeans in agribussiness herbs turmeric and galangal should be calculated /analyzed carefully about the advantages and disadvantages, includingdistribution and marketing network.Key word: agribussiness, medicine plant, traditional characteristic, turmuric andgalangal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu sumber pendapatan penting Negara Indonesia berasal dari Sektor pajak. Namun masih ada sub sektor pajak yang masih minim sekali (belum optimal) kontribusinya, yaitu berasal dari penarikan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) terhadap produksi pertanian. Walaupun sebenarnya UUPPN sudah lama diputuskan (tahun 1984 dan dirubah pada tahun 1994) pendapatan dari penarikan PPN paling besar bahkan secara potensial jauh lebih besar dari pendapatan penarikan pajak lainnya seperti PBB (pajak bumi dan bangunan), PPH (pajak penghasilan), PPn (pajak penjualan). Hal ini disebabkan oleh: 1) saat ini Indonesia masih terasa dalam kondisi krisis ekonomi; 2) belum ada sinkronisasi (komitmen bersama yang kuat) antara Menteri Pertanian, Dirjen Pajak, DPR RI dan pengusaha hasil pertanian selaku wajib pajak tentang pemberlakuannya; 3) UUPPN Th 1984 dan UUPPN Th 1994 sebagai produk orde baru disamping penetapan dan pemberlakuannya kurang sosialisasi. Untuk itu agar efektif dan efisien pemberlakuan UU tersebut  sebagai tahap awal adalah: 1) khusus diberlakukan kepada wajib pajak seperti semua konsumen, pembeli terakhir produk pertanian (pedagang/pengusaha, koperasi) tidak termasuk petani, buruh tani, petani penggarap , 2) batas terendah PPN bagi produk pertanian yang omzetnya minimal Rp 240.000.000,-; 3) pengenaan PPN bagi produk pertanian masih bisa dinaikkan atau diturunkan 5% dari ketentuan UU yang sebenarnya 10%. Kata kunci: macam-macam pajak, UUPPN Tahun 1984 dan 1994, wajib pajak, produk pertanian.
