Abstract

The creative economy is synonymous with the idea and management of waste banks in it must be accompanied by various ideas or ideas of progress so that later they will not lose in the arena of global competition. That, will be an alternative to minimize waste scattered along Branta village, especially on the lips of the Branta Coast and will in fact realize the Madani community so that later halal life styles will still exist in the Madurese community in general and the Branta community in particular.The formulation of the problem in accordance with the context is how is the creative economic development system of the coastal Sharia Bank and what is the concept of managing the sharia coastal bank in Branta Class III to adopt the Madani community? Therefore the goal can easily be known to find a good and suitable system in developing the creative economy in the form of coastal waste banks and to know what concepts and how to manage pesisr waste banks which will eventually facilitate the realization of civil society.The research method we used in this study is a qualitative descriptive methodology in which the data sources we obtain are primary data through observation, interviews and documentation from Branta residents and Branta coastal officers are also equipped with secondary data from various websites, journals, books, articles etc.The results of this research are that the development of creative economy in Islamic sharia banks will not run smoothly if there is a lack of role of the three figures, besides that the products from the Islamic waste bank offered are quite varied.

Abstract

In learning English as a foreign language, it has an often been found that Indonesian students still have some difficulties. Not only in reading, writing, listening and speaking but also in the file of structure as well. English has a consistent structure. In learning English structure still found that the students have some difficulties in learning them.The objective of this study is to investigate the students’ ability in using gerund. This research method employed a descriptive qualitative method. The instrument used in this study was test. The participants of this study were the second-year students of MA Mu’allimin NWDI Pancor. After analysing the data, the researcher was found some students ability in using gerund like gerund as the subject, gerund as the complement, and gerund after preposition. Based on the data gained, the researcher was found that the maximum score was 19 and the minimum score was 8. While the mean was 12,7. The result and discussion will be further presented

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Akad Khiyar Aib terhadap minat konsumen dalam transaksi online, khususnya di Toko Diana Olshop Klampis Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan populasi 250 konsumen dan sampel 23 konsumen yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai T hitung sebesar 3.670 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti variabel Akad Khiyar Aib berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat konsumen, dengan kontribusi sebesar 18%, sementara 82% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, praktik khiyar di Toko Diana Olshop Klampis sesuai dengan prinsip transaksi syariah. Kata Kunci: Khiyar, Minat, Konsumen, Toko
