Abstract

Agricultural land management can be seen from the behavior of farmers in managing and maintaining agricultural land. Farmers are reflected in how the behavior of farmers in cultivating and maintaining agricultural land. The behavior of farmers in the management of agricultural land that is environmentally sound will not lead to damage to the environment. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental knowledge and farmers' attitudes on farmer behavior in improving environmental quality in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression. The sample in this study was 88 heads of families living around the Botto Village area, Campalagian District. The results showed that environmental knowledge and community attitudes were in the high category to support farmer behavior in improving environmental quality in the Sekka-sekka Irrigation Area.

Abstract

Hallucinations are sensory perception disorders that attack the five senses, where a person perceives an object or image and thoughts that do not occur or are not real. Hallucinations include sound, sight, taste, touch, or smell sensations without real stimulus. Treatment for patients with hallucinations is by identifying the type of hallucination, applying medication, and implementing strategies to distract or overcome the hallucinations experienced. The objectives of this study include (1) Describing problems regarding sensory perception disorders and (2) Describing and implementing nursing care in cases of mental disorders with a medical diagnosis of schizophrenia at Soerojo Hospital Magelang. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the primary method, using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation studies. The subject of this study used one patient, Mr S, who had a nursing diagnosis of sensory perception disorders at RSD Soerojo Hospital Magelang. Nursing care for patient Mr S with a diagnosis of sensory perception disorder (hallucinations) in this case showed success as indicated by the signs and symptoms experienced by the patient decreasing. After four days of intervention, the patient was able to overcome hallucinations by scolding, interacting with the surrounding environment, and taking care of himself by bathing and dressing more neatly.

Abstract

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a medical condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the oxygen and nutrient requirements of all body tissues. CHF risks deviations in basic human needs such as ineffective airway clearance, decreased cardiac output, hypervolemia, and others. Patients with CHF became the second largest cause of death in Indonesia in 2019 after stroke, with a doctor-diagnosed prevalence of 1.5% or 1,017,290 residents. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care to patients with a diagnosis of CHF. Using a qualitative approach with case studies as the main method, using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation studies. The case study took a patient as the subject of study, namely a patient with a diagnosis of CHF in the Emergency Room, Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Nursing care management is based on meeting the needs of patients carried out in 1x5 hours. The results of the case study showed that after being given nursing care there was an increase in the effectiveness of airway clearance, increased cardiac output, and improved fluid balance. The conclusion is that nursing care is effective for CHF patients in meeting patient needs.

Abstract

Hemorrhagic stroke is caused by bleeding into the brain tissue (intracerebral hemorrhage) and the space around the brain. This condition causes sufferers to experience sudden severe headaches, decreased level of consciousness, increased intracranial pressure, and neurological deficits such as hemiplegia, hemiparesis, aphasia, and apraxia. The aim of this study was to describe nursing care for Mr. T patients with a medical diagnosis of hemorrhagic stroke in the Teratai room at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main method. The subject is Mr. T. The case study was conducted in the Teratai Room at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency from 30 November 2023 to 02 December 2023. The data collection methods used were through observation, interviews and analysis of documents such as patient medical records. The nursing problems that arise in this case are ineffective breathing patterns, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, impaired physical mobility, risk of impaired skin/tissue integrity. The conclusion of the research was that after 3 days of treatment, the nursing problem of ineffective breathing patterns, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, and impaired physical mobility had not been resolved so the intervention was still continued, while the nursing problem of risk of skin/tissue integrity disorders was partially resolved so that the intervention was still continued as stated. has been planned.
