Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know the steps of development and the feasibility of Kataya (Replika Peta Budaya) media in 4th grade of elementary school. The research method used is the Research and Development (R & D) method with reference of Borg and Gall development model which developed by Sugiyono. This model consisting of 10 stages; (1) the potential and the problems (2) collecting the information (3) product design (4) design validation (5) design revision (6) small group product trial (7) product revision (8) large group product trial (9) final product revision (10) mass production. This research is limited only in 6 stages. Expert validation was carried out by media experts, material experts and education experts, with the research subjects of 4th grade students of SDIT Dauroh, amounting to 24 students, from the data obtained get the average expert validation score of 92.67%, with the "very feasible" category. Student responses on trials got an average score of 86,83% with the "very good" category. So it can be concluded that the Kataya (Replika Peta Budaya) media is feasible and can be used in elementary schools. Keywords: kataya (replika peta budaya) media, thematic learning

Abstract

AbstractListening ability in elementary school is still relatively low. This is due to several factors, such as the use of attractive learning media is still rare, so the development of interactive learning media is needed. This development aims to produce interactive learning media based on the Rara Storytelling application and to determine the feasibility and response of students regarding the developed media. The research method used is research and development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono from stages one to six. The subjects were 31 students of 4th grade B at SDN Banjar Agung 1. The results of this research indicate that interactive learning media based on the Rara Storytelling application are “very feasible" to be used in 4th grade elementary school learning. This is proved by the validation results of media at 91.2% in the “very feasible” category, the validation results of linguists at 87.5% in the “very feasible” category, and the validation results of material experts at 83.17% in the “very feasible” category. While the analysis of student responses shows a percentage of 88.36%, this shows in the “Very Good” criteria. The results of this research indicate that the developed media is feasible and attractive to be used as an application-based learning media to train listening skills in elementary schools. Keywords: Learning Media; Application-based; Storytelling

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product in the form of augmented reality-based learning media on insect metamorphosis that is suitable for use as a supporting tool in learning activities for 4th grade students. Research and Development is the type of research used, adapted using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research were the 20 4th grade students at SDN Serang 7. Data collection in this research used questionnaires as responses from students to the Metaplore AR-based learning media. The learning media was declared valid based on the assessment of two media experts, two content experts, and two language experts, with validity percentages of 83.1% (very good), 77.8% (good), and 78.9% (good), respectively. The media was rated by students with a percentage of 89.2% as very good. The results indicate that the Metaplore Augmented Reality-based learning media suits 4th grade students at SDN Serang 7.
