Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan sebuah implikasi dari strategi pembangunan yang berpusat pada rakyat. konsep dari pemberdayaan masyarakat selalu mengacu pada upaya yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, baik fisik maupun mental, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemberdayaan ekonomi dan sosial melalui penggunaan dana desa terhadap masyarakat Desa Alue Naga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan, usaha yang berkelanjutan, dan penurunan jumlah pengangguran sebagai dampak dari pemberdayaan ekonomi dan sosial. Secara sosial dan spiritual, terjadi peningkatan kehidupan ekonomi dan sosial yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariat, serta ikatan kebersamaan yang kuat di masyarakat.   Community empowerment is an implication of a people-centered development strategy. The concept of community empowerment always refers to efforts aimed at improving the quality of life of the community, both physical and mental, economic, social and cultural. This study aims to analyze the impact of economic and social empowerment through the use of village funds on the community of Alue Naga Village. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate an increase in income, sustainable businesses, and a reduction in unemployment as the outcomes of economic and social empowerment. Socially and spiritually, there is an improvement in economic and social life in accordance with religious principles, as well as a strong sense of community cohesion.

Abstract

The role of employees in supporting the progress of a social institution like LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta is very important, particularly their emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, to be able to compete with other increasingly tight and competitive social institutions. In such a workplace environment, LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta employees are absolutely required to have high spiritual and emotional intelligence to ensure their performance is optimal. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributed questionnaires. The population in this study consists of employees working at LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression (T-test and F-test) to answer the hypotheses formulated by the researchers. The results of the study indicate that spiritual intelligence has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (0.716 > 0.207) and a significance value of 0.480 (sig < 0.05). Meanwhile, emotional intelligence also has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the value of tcount > ttable (0.514 > 0.207) and a significance value of 0.611 (sig < 0.05). Additionally, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performance, demonstrated by the value of Fcount > Ftable (0.045 > 3.195) with a significance value of 0.956. The independent variables (Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence) can influence the dependent variable (Employee Performance) by 83%, as evidenced by an R Square value of 0.830, while the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosari. Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan, yang ditandai oleh inovasi, visi, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan orientasi pada peluang, menjadi pendekatan yang semakin relevan dalam pendidikan untuk menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Sementara banyak penelitian sebelumnya membahas kepemimpinan kewirausahaan di sektor bisnis, kajian yang mendalam di lingkungan pendidikan, khususnya di Indonesia, masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan di MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosari efektif dalam mendorong prestasi siswa melalui program-program inovatif dan kebijakan strategis yang melibatkan seluruh elemen sekolah. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi institusi pendidikan dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa dan daya saing sekolah.   This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurial leadership of the principal in improving student achievement at MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosari. Entrepreneurial leadership, characterized by innovation, vision, courage to take risks, and orientation to opportunities, is becoming an increasingly relevant approach in education to face the challenges of the 21st century. While many previous studies have discussed entrepreneurial leadership in the business sector, in-depth studies in the educational environment, especially in Indonesia, are still limited. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership at MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosari is effective in encouraging student achievement through innovative programs and strategic policies that involve all elements of the school. The implications of these findings can be a guideline for educational institutions in implementing entrepreneurial leadership to improve student achievement and school competitiveness.

Abstract

The significant increase in cases of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) will place a burden on society and the government, as their treatment requires time, high costs, and advanced technology. NCDs are not contagious but are deadly and lead to unproductive individuals; however, NCDs can be prevented by controlling risk factors through early detection. The upward trend in NCDs has been accompanied by a shift in disease patterns: these diseases were typically experienced by the elderly, but now they are starting to threaten the productive age group. If the trend of young people with NCDs continues to rise, Indonesia's efforts to produce a healthy and intelligent generation toward a developed Indonesia by 2045 will be difficult to achieve. To tackle the high incidence of NCDs, the government introduced the Posbindu PTM program in 2012, which focuses on controlling NCD risk factors within the community. This requires shared understanding and efforts in role distribution and management support for the NCD control program. In 2016, approximately 71 percent of global deaths were caused by NCDs, which kill 36 million people annually. The objective of this PPM activity is to conduct early detection and follow-up on NCD risk factors. The activities include blood pressure checks, body mass index measurement, interviews on risk behaviors, and education on healthy lifestyle behaviors through Posbindu activities at PMA Jamblangan Margomulyo Seyegan.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to give a bridge in understanding the relationship between boundaryless careers and organizational or individual outcomes. Career fit is assumed to have closer relationship with boundaryless career before we can further explain those outcomes. This relationship is explained by using organizational and individual perspectives both externally and internally in four types of boundaryless careers (i.e., internal psychological, internal enacted, external psychological, and external enacted), and by considering individual characteristics (i.e.,knowledge worker and non-knowledge worker). Two propositions are offered, first, knowledge worker is more suitable (has career fit) with organizational career process focusing on external boundaries, second, non-knowledge worker is more fit with organizational career process focusing on internal boundaries. Both internal and external orientation will require HR to have relevant practices and policies to support those fit.

Abstract

Zero TB Yogyakarta employs a comprehensive "find, treat, and prevent" approach in its efforts to eliminate TB in Yogyakarta. One of its activities in searching for TB cases in the community is active screening, also known as Active Case Finding (ACF). In this activity, participants undergo chest X-ray examinations, which are then read by a general practitioner. This Zero TB activity is conducted free of charge, with a quota of 120 people for implementation in Dukuh Jamblangan. The activity flow includes: (1) Actively finding TB cases (ACF), (2) Preventing TB, and (3) Treating TB. The target groups for the implementation of Zero TB are: (1) Residents in densely populated areas / areas far from health facilities, (2) Household contacts or close contacts of TB patients, (3) Healthcare workers, and (4) The elderly. The approach involves symptom screening and chest X-rays. The active role of community health centers (Puskesmas) such as outreach programs is an effective way to find more patients, despite being more costly. TB cases represent an iceberg phenomenon that requires joint efforts by all relevant stakeholders. The target is to reduce TB cases in Indonesia by 50 percent by 2025.

Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan karyawan (Human Capital) merupakan proses yang dilakukan meningkatkan kompetensi atau kemampuan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan kepada konsumen atau wisatawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan human capital yang dilakukan BUMDes Tridadi Makmur untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman dan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan (Human Capital) dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada BUMDes Tridadi Makmur khususnya Puri Mataram. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa strategi pengelolaan karyawan (Human Capital) yang dilakukan BUMDes Tridadi Makmur sudah baik dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap konsumen atau wisatawan. Langkah selanjutnya harus ditingkatkan dengan beberapa strategi yaitu dengan cara pelatihan, training atau study banding dengan BUMDes lainnya guna meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar pelayanan terhadap konsumen meningkatdan terpenuhinya kualifikasi kompetensi dasar dalam pelayanan.
