Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatanketerampilan menggiring bola pada permainan sepak bola dengan metodepembelajaran lari Zig-zag pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah SimpangEmpat. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatifdengan teknik persentase. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPMuhammadiyah Simpang Empat, berjumlah 22 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisisdata, maka dapat disimpulkan: (1) Ada peningkatan kecepatan dengan latihan larizig-zag dengan keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) Ada peningkatan kelincahandengan latihan lari zig-zag dengan keterampilan menggiring bola. Dari hasil tesmenggiring bola dengan cara zig zag diketahui memiliki nilai siswa tuntas 78 %dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil observasi awal 41 % setelah diadakan siklus 1terjadi peningkatan 27% menjadi 68 %, Sehingga ada perbedaan antara siklus 1dengan siklus 2 adalah 68% - 86% = 18%, tes tes awal dengan siklus 2 adalah86% - 41% = 45%.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Pembelajaran, Menggiring bola, Metode zig-zag.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in dribblingskills in the game of football with learning methods Zig-zag run in the eighthgrade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Simpang Empat. This research method isquantitative descriptive method with techniques percentage. Subjects were eighthgrade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Simpang Empat, totaling 22 students.Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded: (1) There is an increase inspeed with a practice run with the zig-zag dribbling skills, (2) There is an increasein agility with a practice run with a zigzag dribbling skills. From the test resultsdribble with zig zag manner known to have completed 78% of the students withthe criteria very well. The results of preliminary observations held 41% after cycle1 increased 27% to 68%, so there is a difference between cycle 1 to cycle 2 was68% - 86% = 18%, the initial test with the test cycle 2 was 86% - 41% = 45 %.Keywords: Improvement, Learning, Dribble, zig-zag method.

Abstract

Utilization of coal as well as its processing as an alternative energy is quite large in Indonesia and absolutely necessary. Especially on coal with low calorific value such as lignite, handling with direct combustion as in conventional coal power plant is an environmentally friendly manner because its emission contains harmful substances NOx and CO. With clean coal technologies (such as gasification), emissions of harmful substances into the environment can be reduced. This gasification process, coal is converted into syngas which is an intermediate product that can be directed into various types of alternative fuels such as methanol.Development of efficient and low cost methanol synthesis from syngas produced from gasification of coal has been our interest, in particular development  of low cost catalyst which is shown by Low Pressure Fixed Bed Reactor. In this research scheme, we develop the catalyst using Co-precipitation method and Copper based catalyst.. In this preliminary study, the synthesis of catalysts based on CuZnAl has been performed and tested in once trough process micromeritic reactor at mild operating condition. The results show that methanol synthesis at 20 bar and 270oC reach a good conversion, i.e. 1.15% of methanol at Molar Ratio (Cu:Zn / CuZn: Al2O3): 4: 3: 1. These results have been compared to commercial catalysts on the same conditions which reached 0.26% of methanol .  Kata Kunci : low rank coal, methanol synthesis, low cost catalyst, low pressure fixed bed reactor
