Abstract

The importance of better understanding the power relations between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the context of village government administration. Through socialization activities in Towata Village, North Polong Bangkeng District, Takalar Regency, participants, especially the main elements such as the Village Head, Chairman and BPD Members, gained a deeper understanding of the role and authority of each party as well as the positive impact of creating positive relationships. balance between the two. The results of the socialization show increased awareness of the importance of harmonious cooperation between the Village Head and the BPD in decision making, implementing village programs, and monitoring the performance of the village head. In addition, a better understanding of these power relations also opens up opportunities to resolve conflicts or tensions that may arise within village government. Thus, this paper concludes that a better understanding of the power relations between Village Heads and BPD is an important first step in building effective, fair and democratic village governance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze effective family empowerment strategies in an effort to reduce stunting rates in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. This research uses an exploratory qualitative method. The research results show that empowerment strategies that increase parents' knowledge and skills about nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, hygiene and sanitation can be effective in reducing stunting and improving children's overall welfare. To reduce the stunting rate in Bone Regency, family empowerment is the main key. This includes understanding stunting, healthy nutrition practices, and optimal childcare.

Abstract

Kerjasama adalah suatu persetujuan atau perjanjian yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan maksud mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati bersama. Kerjasama antar berbagai entitas seperti perusahaan, lembaga pemerintah, maupun lembaga penelitian menjadi krusial. Melalui Kerjasama, fakultas dapat mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya, menggalang dukungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan dan penelitian.Alur proses Dokumen Kerjasama yang masih belum digitalisasi atau komputerisasi sering kali menunjukkan beberapa masalah potensial, seperti keterlambatan, risiko kesalahan, kurangnya transparansi, dan kurangnya efisiensi. Dalam konteks ini, pemahaman terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi oleh entitas yang masih mengandalkan proses manual dalam pengelolaan dokumen kerjasama menjadi sangat krusialPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Dokumen Kerjasama pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sistem Informasi kerjasama yang dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan data dokumen kerjasama di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan di implementasikan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL.
