Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD roads and bridges in the service area of ​​1 SPPJJ unit in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1. The population in this study is all SPPJJ employees in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency. 1 as many as 31 people. By using quantitative methods and collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality tests, namely validity tests and reliability tests, and classical assumption test analysis, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.341 which explains that the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance variables is 34.1%. It is hoped that the results of this research will lead leaders in the UPTD roads and bridges service area 1 of the SPPJJ unit of Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1 to develop a leadership style and continue to improve their work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional media in the form of guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material to test the feasibility, practicality and determine the effectiveness of LKPD. This research used R&D research methods with the Borg & Gall development model (research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing and operational product). The test subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. The media expert validation results obtained an average percentage of 92.5% with a very decent category. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average percentage of 93.75% with a very decent category. The results of the teacher’s response assessment obtained an average percentage of 91% in the very practical category. The results of the assessment of student responses in the limited scale trials obtained an average percentage of 80.99% in the very practical category and in the large scale trials and average percentage of 83.99% was obtained in the very practical category. Based on the results of the feasibility, practicality and product effectiveness tests, the guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material develop is feasible, practical and effective for improving students critical thinking skills. Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan deskripsi atau perilaku yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru ketika dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mempresentasikan suatu yang akan diberikan dalam bentuk pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan bertujuan agar terjadi peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model pembelajaran yang biasanya digunakan dalam pembelajaran di antaranya model pembelajaran rotating trio exchange dan model two stay two two stray yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran rotating trio exchange lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran two stay two stray pada mata pelajaran Geografi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran rotating trio exchange lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran two stay two stray mata pelajaran Geografi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah. Populasi pada penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini siswa kelas perminatan X-IPS berjumlah 73 siswa, sampel yang diambil hanya dua kelas yaitu kelas X-IPS-2 dengan jumlah 23 siswa serta kelas X-IPS-3 berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pemberian test kepada siswa, yakni tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan teknik uji-t. hasil pengolahan diperoleh thitung=5,87 dan ttabel=1,68 pada taraf signifikansi = 0,05 dan dk = 45, artinya thitung ttabel sehingga Ha diterima.Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah hasil belajar siswa lebih baik meggunakan model pembelajaran rotating trio exchange dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model two stay two stray pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah terutama pada materi pembentukan tanah dan pemanfaatannya
