Abstract

This research is an effort to affirm the role and position of women in the family who are no longer on the sub-ordinate line. By carrying out a contextual study based on the rules of fiqh legal provisions depend on the god who follows and taghayyur, al-ahkam bi taghayyur al-azminah wa al-amkinah, the research has a significant point. To ensure the validity of this research, the research data is a scientific research method that can be accounted for. The data is extracted through the triangulation method, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data results were tested for the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and techniques. After the final data, the findings of the study were obtained. Namely, 1) on the economic aspect of the family, women work in a community by developing micro-enterprises; 2) in the social aspect, women provide counselling, socialisation, both online and offline; 3) in the spiritual aspect, women carry out halaqah on family resilience during the pandemic and socialise the MUI fatwa related to vaccination law; 4) in the education aspect, women provide services, education and education to the wider community in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kajian ini mengkaji konsep demokrasi dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan Barat dan Islam. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip demokrasi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan dari kedua tradisi pemikiran tersebut, nilai-nilai yang terkandung, serta pengaruhnya dalam dunia Pendidikan, serta upaya memperkuat demokrasi melalui jalur Pendidikan. Dari perspektif Barat, penelitian ini menjelaskan kontribusi para pemikir seperti Rousseau, Dewey, dan Mill dalam meletakkan dasar bagi demokrasi pendidikan yang seimbang dan inklusif. Sementara itu, dalam perspektif Islam, mengulas pandangan filosofis dari beberapa tokoh seperti Al-Farabi, Ibnu Sina, ibnu Khaldun dan Al-Ghazali, menganalisa nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam Pendidikan, menyoroti kesinambungan dan integrasi nilai-nilai demokrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam, memberikan pijakan untuk memahami bagaimana demokrasi dapat dicapai dalam konteks Pendidikan. Kajian ini berfokus pada kesinambungan dan integrasi nilai-nilai demokrasi dan Islam, serta memberikan dasar untuk memahami bagaimana keselarasan dapat dicapai dalam lingkungan Pendidikan serta menemukan titik temu antara konsep demokrasi dalam pendidikan Barat dan Islam melalui analisis komparatif yang mendetail.

Abstract

Leader Justice refers to the principles and practices of justice implemented by a leader in carrying out their responsibilities. It encompasses various aspects, including fairness in decision-making, treatment of subordinates, allocation of resources, and organizational policies. A leader who practices justice is considered fair, transparent, and treats all members equally. This research proposes a comprehensive analysis of leader justice by focusing on the quality of hadith, the concept, and its implementation in the context of modern leadership. The study aims to understand how Islamic teachings, particularly those found in hadith, shape the concept of leader justice and how this concept can be effectively implemented in the context of modern leadership. The research methodology includes a review of relevant literature on hadith, justice theories, and modern leadership. The findings of this research are expected to provide profound insights into how the values of justice in Islamic teachings can serve as relevant guidance for modern leaders in carrying out their duties fairly and ethically. This research is anticipated to make a positive contribution to our understanding of the connection between religious teachings, justice, and leadership in the contemporary era.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the exploration of multiculturalism in Islamic society during the time of the Prophet and Khulafaur Rasyidin. This research concludes that: In the exploration of the multiculturalism of Islamic society in the era of the Prophet and Khullafaulr Rasyidin, it can be concluded that cross-cultural harmony created miracles in their lives. Diversity of ethnicities, cultures and social backgrounds is the main driver for unity and equality. This miracle not only creates tolerance, but also inspires positive collaboration between different individuals, forming an inclusive and strong society. This conclusion underlines that the understanding and application of multiculturalism values in past Islamic societies became an important foundation for harmony and continuity in collective life.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum that incorporates multicultural values to foster religious moderation among students. The proposed curriculum integrates principles of cultural diversity and tolerance into PAI learning materials, allowing students to comprehend Islamic teachings while also appreciating and interacting harmoniously with adherents of other religions. Utilizing a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, this study addresses multicultural education as a relatively new phenomenon in PAI courses, emphasized as an essential competency for both lecturers and students. The phenomenological approach seeks to understand the daily lives and intersubjective experiences of the participants, aiming to reveal the meaning of concepts and phenomena as perceived by individuals. Conducted in a natural setting, this approach permits unrestricted interpretation of the phenomenon, granting researchers the freedom to analyze the data comprehensively. The findings indicate that a multicultural PAI curriculum effectively promotes an understanding of religious moderation among students and heightens awareness of the importance of multicultural perspectives in religion. These results are intended to guide educators and policymakers in creating a more inclusive PAI curriculum, thereby supporting the development of a peaceful and harmonious society.

Abstract

Maksud yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan uraian dalam bentuk deskriptif dan menganalisis serta memberikan interpretasi pada cakupan: 1. Konsep pelatihan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi dalam pengembangan kelembaganaan SDM berkesadaran, 2. Implementasi Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam Multikultural dalam pelatihan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi, 3. Model Pengembangan Kelembagaan SDM berkesadaran dalam membangun hidup damai di PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti tahapan Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Program pengembangan SDM berkesadaran di PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi, seperti pelatihan RK BE 360°, efektif dalam membentuk pola hidup sehat, kaya, dan bahagia yang menjadi fondasi untuk menciptakan kedamaian personal dan sosial, cara menerapkan materi pelatihan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui tiga tahapana, yaitu moral knowing, moral feeling, moral acting dan ada satu hal yang harus dilakukan yaitu moral keeping. 2. Implementasi nilai-nilai Islam multikultural seperti ta’aruf, at-tawazun, tasamuh, ta’awun dan tawasuth berhasil diintegrasikan ke dalam program pelatihan, yang mencakup keseimbangan spiritual, keterampilan praktis, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Program ini juga memperkuat semangat nasionalisme dan kolaborasi melalui pendekatan inklusif yang harmonis, 3. Model Pengembanagn kelembagaan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi menggunakan kerangka teori APK dari Ostrom (2005), Hess dan Ostrom (2007), serta Heywood, Stephani, dan Garner (2017) digunakan untuk menganalisis pengembangan SDM berkesadaran melalui tiga komponen utama: Struktur Situasi Aksi, Rules-in-Use, dan Tata Kelola serta Tindakan Kolektif. Pendekatan ini dikombinasikan dengan siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) pada program pelatihan RK (Rileks Koinsidens), serta memastikan inovasi (Inovation) yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) untuk mempertahankan kualitas baik barang maupun jasa dalam pengembangan kelembagaan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) oleh PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting religious moderation at the Islamic University of Kadiri (UNISKA) Kediri. The application of AI in religious education enhances the learning experience by offering personalized, interactive, and multimedia-based content that aligns with the values of moderation, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue. AI-powered learning platforms allow for the customization of materials according to students’ individual needs, facilitating their understanding of the significance of religious moderation. Despite its potential, the implementation of AI faces challenges, such as disparities in digital access, resistance to technological change, and ethical concerns related to privacy and data security. Nevertheless, AI presents opportunities to improve educational accessibility, personalize learning experiences, and foster interfaith dialogue. By integrating AI into religious education, UNISKA Kediri has the potential to create a more inclusive and tolerant academic environment. Strategic planning, collaboration among lecturers, AI experts, and religious leaders, alongside ongoing training, are essential for the successful implementation of AI at UNISKA Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation, analytical insight, and interpretive understanding of the following issues: (1) the role of conscious human resource management (HRM) in fostering institutional peace within an increasingly multicultural society; (2) the implementation of value-based HRM approaches that integrate spiritual awareness and intercultural principles within multicultural Islamic educational institutions; and (3) the internalization of multicultural Islamic values such as tawassuth (moderation), tasamuh (tolerance), ta’aruf (mutual understanding), and ta’awun (mutual assistance) in HRM practices. Positioned within the framework of multicultural Islamic education, this research employed a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using datacondensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that conscious HRM contributes to the enhancement of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and inclusive interpersonal relationships, thereby cultivating a peaceful organizationalculture. These findings enrich the concept of value-based HRM rooted in spirituality and offer policy insights, particularly in the development of institutional education and training policies based on multicultural and Islamic spiritual values. Accordingly, thisstudy provides practical contributions not only to educational institutions and local communities but also to policymakers in designing HRM training models that support transformative, sustainable, and responsive peacebuilding in the context of Indonesia’s multicultural society
