Abstract

PT Furniture is a company engaged in the distribution of goods located in Bandung, West Java. The company itself sells various products, in the field of home interiors. In the current system, the database owned by the company does not actually describe the number of goods owned by the company. The method used by the company to overcome this problem is the DMAIC method. In the DMAIC method, there are five stages carried out to solve the problem, namely define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. At the measure stage that has been carried out, it was found that the company had problems in the business process of purchasing goods, selling goods, and borrowing goods. From the business process owned by the company, ten root causes of failure were identified at the analyze stage. In the problems that occurred in the company, a proposal for improvement was made for the problematic business process. The proposed improvements are estimated to reduce the possibility of problems occurring in the company.

Abstract

Pengawasan ketat terhadap pangan olahan di restoran online mencakup pemeriksaan keamanan, tanggal kedaluwarsa, dan sumber bahan baku. Diperlukan inspeksi rutin oleh otoritas terkait dan penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggar aturan kebersihan dan keamanan makanan. Berdasarkan hal ini, penelitian dalam tesis ini akan membahas peran pemerintah dalam melindungi konsumen dari buruknya kualitas dan kebersihan restoran online serta perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen yang mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta data sekunder dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Dalam konteks keamanan pangan, khususnya makanan olahan siap saji, kepastian hukum diperlukan untuk melindungi konsumen dan memberikan jaminan bagi pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan bisnis mereka. Namun, PP No. 86 Tahun 2019 hanya mengatur sanksi administratif seperti pencabutan izin dan denda maksimal Rp100.000.000, tanpa mencantumkan perlindungan langsung atas hak-hak konsumen yang dirugikan. Perlindungan hukum konsumen terkait kualitas dan kebersihan makanan restoran online hanya diatur dalam Pasal 19 ayat (2) UUPK, yang memberikan opsi ganti rugi berupa pengembalian uang, penggantian barang/jasa, perawatan kesehatan, atau santunan sesuai ketentuan hukum.
