Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to analyze the effect of  Work  Life Balance and Job Stress on employee Job Satisfaction at the Center for Student Sports Education and Training, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative approach with statistical analysis. The data collected include both primary and secondary sources, using a questionnaire as the main instrument. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample approach, in which all 56 employees in the population were selected as respondents. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results show that partially, Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while Job Stress has no significant effect. Simultaneously, both Work Life Balance and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction at the Center for Student Sports Education and Training.

Abstract

BUMD Transpotasi yang telah berdiri sejak 27 Maret 2014 yang sebelumnya merupakan Unit Pelayanan (UP) mulai 15 Januari 2004, hingga saat memiliki karyawan lebih dari 10.000 karyawan dan merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang paling besar di Kota Jakarta. Untuk mengelola karyawan yang cukup besar dimana 80 – 90 % karyawan BUMD paling banyak berada di lapangan. Pencapaian kinerja BUMD yang di mandatkan oleh Stakeholder adalah Pencapaian Standar Pelayanan Minimum dimana pencapaian minimal 90%. Hal yang ditanamkan oleh manajemen ke seluruh karyawan adalah jumlah pelanggan perhari yang diangkut dan ini menjadi target utama yang di kejar. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut manajemen telah mencanangkan target tersebut kedalam Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) atau KPI dari mulai dari Direksi sampai dengan kepala Departmen menggunakan pendekatan Balance Score Card, namun pelaksanaan ini belum berjalan mulus karena pemahaman terkait kinerja, parameter dan bukti belum sepenuhnya di pahami, sehingga ketika ada kendala perbaikan yang dilakukan banyak yang belum berlandaskan bukti secara kuanitatif. Perhitungan pencapaian sangat penting bukan hanya di manajemen namun harus sampai level paling dasar atau semua orang memiliki IKU yang selaras dengan perusahaan, untuk memulai hal tersebut dari level Kepala Departmen sampai dengan level staff harus dimulai sesegera mungkin dan Sumber Daya Manusia sebagai syaraf perusahaan yang menggeraan manusianya menjadi tauladan sebelum di getoktularkan ke bidang yang lain dengan pendekatan Balance Score Card
