Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management in education at schools and Islamic schools in Indonesia through a literature review approach. Quality education is key to national development, and quality management plays a strategic role in improving teaching effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and the professionalism of educators. This study focuses on the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM), which emphasizes continuous improvement, multi-stakeholder involvement, and consistent evaluation. The results of the literature review indicate that the success of TQM implementation is influenced by strong leadership, effective communication between stakeholders, performance rewards, and the integration of a quality culture at every level of the educational institution. The main obstacles faced are limited resources, a lack of understanding of TQM, and resistance to change. Several studies reviewed highlight the implementation of TQM in various Islamic educational units, such as Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah, with generally positive results, although challenges related to operational costs and changes in organizational culture remain concerns. Successful strategies include unifying the vision and mission, strengthening student character, and providing maximum service to all stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents. The implication of this research is the need to adopt an adaptive and contextual quality management system, accompanied by intensive training for all human resources in education. With the implementation of appropriate strategies, it is hoped that the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia will be continuously improved.

Abstract

Universities have an important role in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is through community service which is realized in the form of Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT). Bina Darma University Palembang organizes the KKNT program with the aim of improving the quality of human resources and developing the potential of certain regions. In this activity, one of the programs carried out was socialization regarding the impact of online games on students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 06 Tanjung Batu. Online games have become part of children's lifestyle and can have both positive and negative impacts. This socialization aims to increase students' and teachers' understanding of the impact of online games as well as strategies for managing playing time so that it does not interfere with the learning process. The results of this activity show that continuous education and collaboration between students, teachers and parents are very necessary to reduce the negative impact of online game addiction on students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Kontrasepsi suntik mempunyai beberapa efek samping salah satunya adalah gangguan pola haid. Gangguan pola haid yang terjadi tergantung pada lama pemakaian. Gangguan pola haid yang terjadi seperti perdarahan bercak, perdarahan irreguler, amenore dan perubahan dalam frekuensi, lama dan jumlah darah yang hilang. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui adanya hubungan antara umur dan lamanya penggunaan KB suntik yang dipakai dengan siklus menstruasi pada akseptor KB di Desa Rambutan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Rambutan Kab Banyuasin. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. dengan pendekatan cross sectional di mana variabel independen dan dependen diukur secara bersamaan. Populasi penelitian adalah keseluruhan ibu pengguna KB suntik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sp Rambutan Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian yang diambil adalah ibu pengguna KB Suntik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Rambutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan siklus menstruasi dimana nilai p > 0,1 sedangkan pada lamanya penggunaan KB Tidak Ada hubungan antara lamanya penggunaan KB suntik dengan siklus menstruasi, dimana nilai p value = 0,951. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan berkaitan dengan keunggulan dan kelemahan alat kontrasepsi.
