Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain information about the influence between the independent variables of Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), and the dependent variable Job Satisfaction (Y) both in partical and simurtan. This research method uses descriptive analyst research with quantitative associative type. The population in this study were 54 employees of Jatibarang Indramayu Health Center, the authors took a sample of all Jatibarang Indramayu Health Center employees or saturated sampling. The conclusions of this study were 3 namely (1). Leadership Style (X1), partially positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). The magnitude of the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction is 39.4%. (2). Motivation (X1), partially positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of 46.4%. (3). Leadership Style (X1), and Motivation (X2), positive and significant influence together (silmutan) on Job Satisfaction (Y). The magnitude of the influence of the Leadership Style and Motivation on Job Satisfaction by 61.40% ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh antara Variabel bebas Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motiovasi (X2), dan Variabel terikat Kepuasan Kerja (Y) baik secara partikal maupun simurtan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif analis dengan jenis asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Puskesmas Jatibarang Indramayu sebanyak 54 orang, penulis mengambil sampel seluruh karyawan Puskesmas Jatibarang Indramayu atau sampling jenuh. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada 3 yaitu (1). Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Besarnya pengaruh Gaya Kepempinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 39.4%. (2). Motivasi (X1), secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 46.4%. (3). Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), dan Motivasi (X2), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (silmutan) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Besarnya pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 61.40%

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Environment have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment at El-Syifa Kuningan General Hospital both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is to use the Explanatory Survey Method. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) with the value of t table for sample 82 is t table = 1.66462, each variable there is a significant influence on Organizational Commitment where Job Satisfaction variable has the highest level of influence among the three variables. Likewise the results of Simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F), based on the ANOVA (Analysis of Variances) table, the significance level of the F test result is 0,000 (p <0.05, meaning that together the variables of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have an influence which is significant to the Organizational Commitment at EL Syifa Kuningan Hospital.The total influence of the three together is 71.2% while the remaining 28.8% with a value of R = 0.850 is influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di Rumah Sakit Umum El-Syifa Kuningan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode survei Penjelasan (Explanatory Survey Method). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (Uji t) dengan nilai t tabel untuk sampel 82 adalah t tabel = 1,66462, masing-masing variabel terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dimana variabelKepuasan Kerja memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang paling tinggi diantara ketiga variable tersebut . Begitu juga hasil pengujian hipotesis Secara Simultan (Uji F), berdasarkan tabel ANOVA (Analysis of Variances) didapatkan hasil tingkat signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 p < 0.05, artinya secara bersama-sama variabel Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di RSU EL Syifa Kuningan. Total pengaruh ketiganya secara bersama-sama adalah 71,2 % sementara sisanya 28,8 % dengan nilai R = 0,850 dipengaruhi oleh fakor lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Purpose: Examining the quality of service and work discipline on ICU patient satisfaction at Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City and the extent to which service quality and work discipline influence jointly on patient satisfaction at Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Research Methodology: The population in this study was all ICU patients at Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City, totaling 398 people with a sample of 100 people using the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are correlation and multiple linear regression. Results: The research results show that service quality and work discipline have a significant effect on ICU patient satisfaction at Gunung Jati Regional Hospital, Cirebon City. The correlation coefficient result is 0.603. So it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between service quality and work discipline on ICU patient satisfaction at Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Limitations: One limitation of this study is the sample size. The research was conducted with a sample of 100 ICU patients at Gunung Jati Hospital in Cirebon City. While efforts were made to ensure the representativeness of the sample, a larger sample size would have provided more robust results and increased generalizability. Additionally, the study focused specifically on ICU patient satisfaction at one hospital, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to other healthcare settings. Another limitation is the use of a questionnaire as the primary data collection method. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing ICU patient satisfaction in the context of Gunung Jati Hospital in Cirebon City. By examining the relationship between service quality, work discipline, and patient satisfaction, the study provides insights into the importance of these factors in healthcare settings. The findings can be beneficial for hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and policymakers in improving service quality and promoting work discipline to enhance patient satisfaction in the ICU.

Abstract

Purpose: To investigate the impact of work discipline, work ability, and work supervision on employee work effectiveness in the field of road maintenance and improvement at the Public Works Service and Spatial Planning of Cirebon Regency. Research Methodology: Quantitative method, descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing with partial regression test (t test). Results: Work discipline, work ability, and work supervision positively influence employee work effectiveness. Limitations: Limited sample size of 60 employee respondents. Contribution: Provides insights for enhancing work effectiveness in road maintenance and improvement services in public works and spatial planning contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism, work discipline, work motivation, and organizational communication on the performance of employees of the Gunung Ciremai National Park Office (BTNGC). The method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach, involving 75 employees as a population taken as a sample. Linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that partially, professionalism, work discipline, work motivation, and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BTNGC employees. In addition, simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect on employee performance, with a contribution of 47.0%. This study concludes that improving these aspects can improve employee performance at BTNGC.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Taman Nasional Gunung Ciremai (BTNGC). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, melibatkan 75 pegawai sebagai populasi yang diambil sebagai sampel. Analisis regresi linear digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, profesionalisme, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BTNGC. Selain itu, secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kontribusi sebesar 47,0%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan aspek-aspek tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di BTNGC.

Abstract

Purpose: This conceptual study aims to develop a theoretical model explaining how employee well-being affects organizational performance through the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, particularly in the retail sector, characterized by long working hours, intensive customer interactions, and high-performance pressure Research Methodology: A narrative literature review was conducted on 38 studies related to well-being, job stress, and employee performance in the retail sector (2010–2024). The study integrates the concept of well-being with the JD-R theory to construct a conceptual framework. Results: The findings show that job demands, such as workload and role conflict, negatively impact well-being, while job resources, such as organizational support, supervisor support, and work-life balance, serve as buffers that protect employee well-being. Good employee well-being leads to improved individual and organizational performance. Limitations: This study is conceptual, and further empirical validation is needed. The focus is primarily on operational employees, with limited exploration of middle management or other retail sectors Contribution: The study contributes by proposing an integrative model that positions well-being as a strategic foundation in modern retail management. Practical implications include the need for human-centered HR policies and the regular measurement of employee well-being.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of supervision and awareness of taxpayers on increasing local tax revenues and their impact on taxpayer compliance in the West Region Tax UPTD, Cirebon Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency.Research method— This study uses a quantitative approach to the variables of supervision and awareness of taxpayers, while the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire with a path analysis approachResult— The results obtained: 1) simultaneously supervision and awareness of taxpayers, 2) partially: supervision, and 3) taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on increasing local tax revenues, 4) direct supervision has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance by (0.259) 2 X 100% = 0.010, meaning that the level of taxpayer compliance is not influenced by supervision of 0.010 while the remaining 0.090 is influenced by other factors. The direct effect of taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance is (0.786)2 X 100% = 0.617, meaning that the level of taxpayer compliance is influenced by taxpayer awareness of 0.083, the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors, 5) directly increases tax revenue area has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance by (0.144)2 X 100% = 0.020, meaning that the level of taxpayer compliance is influenced by an increase in local tax revenue of 0.020 or 20% while the remaining 80% is influenced by other factors.Conclusion— Taxpayers need to be aware of their obligations in paying taxes by understanding the taxes paid for the purposes of community and state development. Because so far knowledge of the allocation of taxes paid is considered not right on target, so there needs to be better socialization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competence of the test personnel on the frequency of vehicle tests and their impact on vehicle owner compliance in the Technical Service Unit (UPT) of Cirebon City Motorized Vehicle Testers. This study uses regression analysis and mediation test to examine the effect of the competency variables of the test personnel and the frequency of vehicle testing on vehicle owner compliance. Data were taken from vehicle test records and interviews with vehicle owners as many as 98 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the frequency of vehicle testing has a significant effect on vehicle owner compliance, while the direct effect of the competence of test personnel on vehicle owner compliance is not significant. However, it was found that there was mediation by the frequency of vehicle tests on the effect of the competence of the test personnel on vehicle owner compliance. These findings indicate that the important role of vehicle test frequency in mediating the relationship between the competence of test personnel and vehicle owner compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kompetensi Tenaga Penguji Terhadap Frekuensi Uji Kendaraan Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kepatuhan Pemilik Kendaraan di Unit Pelayanan Teknis (UPT) Penguji Kendaraan Bermotor Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dan uji mediasi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kompetensi tenaga penguji dan frekuensi uji kendaraan terhadap kepatuhan pemilik kendaraan. Data diambil dari catatan uji kendaraan dan wawancara dengan pemilik kendaraan sebanyak 98 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi uji kendaraan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pemilik kendaraan, sedangkan pengaruh langsung kompetensi tenaga penguji terhadap kepatuhan pemilik kendaraan tidak signifikan. Namun, ditemukan adanya mediasi oleh frekuensi uji kendaraan terhadap pengaruh kompetensi tenaga penguji terhadap kepatuhan pemilik kendaraan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peran penting frekuensi uji kendaraan dalam memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi tenaga penguji dan kepatuhan pemilik kendaraan.
