ABSTRACT There are four main conclusions, namely (1) Job Stress has a significant negative effect on ICU Employee Job Satisfaction at Gunung Jati Hospital. This means that if job stress increases, Employee Job Satisfaction will decrease. Vice versa if work stress decreases, then Employee Job Satisfaction will increase. (2) Social Support has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of ICU Employees at Gunung Jati Regional Hospital. This means that if social support increases, Employee Job Satisfaction will also increase. Vice versa if social support for employees decreases, then their Job Satisfaction will decrease (3) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on ICU Employee Job Satisfaction at Gunung Jati Regional Hospital. This can be interpreted if the level of work motivation of employees is increased, then their Job Satisfaction will also increase. Vice versa, if their motivation decreases, then by itself their Job Satisfaction will also decrease. (4) Together, the three variables studied have a significant positive effect on the Job Satisfaction of ICU Employees in Gunung Jati. ABSTRAK Ada empat kesimpulan pokok, yaitu (1) Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Artinya jika stress kerja meningkat maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai akan menurun. Begitupun sebaliknya jika stress kerja menurun, maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai akan meningkat. (2) Dukungan Sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Artinya jika dukungan sosial bertambah, maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai juga akan meningkat. Begitu juga sebaliknya jika dukungan sosial terhadap pegawai berkurang, maka Kepuasan Kerja merekapun akan menurun (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan jika tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai ditingkatkan, maka Kepuasan Kerja mereka juga akan meningkat. Begitu juga sebaliknya, jika motivasi mereka mnurun, maka dengan sendirinya Kepuasan Kerja mereka juga akan menurun. (4) Secara bersama-sama, Ketiga variabel yang diteliti bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati.

This study aims to determine the influence of Chocolatos Product Promotion Against Increasing Sales Volume Chocolatos At PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Majalengka methods used in this research is quantitative research methods, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to Pemillik Outlet Pareto in Majalengka, the population of the study was the owner of the outlet Majalengka as many as 700 people and sampling of this study a number of 50 people, where 50 is a pareto outlet that has been categorized by PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Data analysis was performed using a questionnaire study covering Validation Test using Product Moment Correlation, Test Reliability using techniques cronbanch's alpha, Normality Test, Test Simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test techniques. The results of a simple regression analysis shows that the effect of product promotion Chocolatos to increase sales volume by 4.4% and supported by t-test, namely 4.29> 1.690 indicating that there is significant influence between Chocolatos tehadap Promotional Products Sales Volume Increase Based on the results of research conducted, the authors suggest that leaders should further improve product promotion strategies are applied so that the product can be acknowledged its existence so as to create a high sales in carrying out the task of distribution according responsibilities so that the sales volume will automatically increase. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Produk Chocolatos Terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Di PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Majalengka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket kepada Pemillik Outlet Pareto di Majalengka , populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pemilik outlet Majalengka sebanyak 700 orang dan pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini sejumlah 50 orang, dimana 50 orang tersebut merupakan outlet pareto yang sudah dikategorikan oleh PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner penelitian yang meliputi Uji Validasi menggunakan korelasi Product Moment, Uji Reliabilitas menggunakan teknik cronbanch’s alpha, Uji Normalitas, Uji Analisis Regresi Sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik uji t. Hasil Analisis Regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa pengaruh promosi produk chocolatos terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan sebesar 4,4% dan di dukung dengan hasil uji t yakni 4,29 > 1,690 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Promosi Produk Chocolatos Tehadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka penulis sarankan pimpinan harus lebih meningkatkan strategi promosi produk yang diterapkan sehingga produk dapat lebih diakui eksistensinya sehingga tercipta penjualan yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas pendistribusian sesuai tanggung jawabnya sehingga volume penjualan secara otomatis akan meningkat.

AbstractThe use of criminal sanctions as the main sanction has indicated the extent towhich the level of understanding of the legislators to the problem of "crime andpunishment". At least show that the limited understanding of the use of criminalsanctions also affect the determination of criminal sanctions in administrativelaw. "Errors" in the formulation of the implications for the difficulty andconfusion in the law enforcement, because there is a gap of two disciplines,namely the criminal law on the one hand and on the other hand administrativelaw, which has its own procedural law. This confusion will lead to ambiguity inthe resolution of cases of violation of administrative law contains criminalsanctions, whether enforcement will be carried out by law enforcement agencieswithin the criminal justice sisitem or whether officials of the state administrationin the sphere of administration? Otomycosis is an outer ear canal infection caused by fungi. Clinicians are trying to find out the most effective antifungal drug for treating otomycosis. Traditionally Apple cider vinegar has been used for the treatment of various diseases, including antifungal.The high cost in otomycosis treatment effort, long duration of treatment, high recurrence rate, and the difficulty in the application of drugs in the otomycosis treatment have encouraged the researcher to do this study. Having evaluated Â the improvement of clinical symptoms, otoscopy view and examination of KOH 10% in patients receiving apple cider vinegar therap, this study uses descriptive study design of four otomycosis patients in the ORL HNS outpatient clinic of Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung from July to August 2014. Having evaluated a clinical symptoms improvement, it is found out that there is an increase of otoscopy view and examination of KOH 10% in patients receiving apple cider vinegar. In other words, there is an Improvement of clinical symptoms, otoscopy view, and examination of KOH 10% in patients receiving apple cider vinegar therapy. Topical apple cider vinegar therapy gives a good result in the improvement of clinical symptom,otoscopy view, and examination of KOH 10% in otomycosis Â patients.Â Keywords: otomikosis, sign and symptoms improvement, apple cider vinegar.

This study intends to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Dajin Indonesian Brothers Cirebon. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through surveys and observations using SPSS for Windows version 24. Secondary data is obtained from company data and from several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample for this study was 74 respondents who took a probability sample using the Slovin formula. The results of the study based on the coefficient of determination showed that the level of influence of motivation (X1) on work productivity (Y) was 59.7%. The size of the influence of the work environment (X2) on work productivity (Y) based on the coefficient of determination of 74.4%. The effect of motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on work productivity (Y) is 76.2%. In other words, productivity (Y) is influenced by motivation (X1). The work environment (X2) is 76.2%. The remaining 23.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this survey.

This study objectives to decide the impact of Digital Marketing on Sales Volume, to determine Excellent Service on Sales Volume, and to determine the effect of Brand Awareness on Sales Volume in culinary MSME businesses during the pandemic in Cirebon. The data analysis technique used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences method, the data collection method uses an online form questionnaire to culinary entrepreneurs in Cirebon. The sampling technique used the probability sampling method with a sample size of 74 respondents. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that Digital Marketing, Excellent Service, Brand Awareness has a positive effect on sales volume during the Covid 19 pandemic in culinary MSME businesses in Cirebon.

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Environment have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment at El-Syifa Kuningan General Hospital both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is to use the Explanatory Survey Method. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) with the value of t table for sample 82 is t table = 1.66462, each variable there is a significant influence on Organizational Commitment where Job Satisfaction variable has the highest level of influence among the three variables. Likewise the results of Simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F), based on the ANOVA (Analysis of Variances) table, the significance level of the F test result is 0,000 (p <0.05, meaning that together the variables of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have an influence which is significant to the Organizational Commitment at EL Syifa Kuningan Hospital.The total influence of the three together is 71.2% while the remaining 28.8% with a value of R = 0.850 is influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di Rumah Sakit Umum El-Syifa Kuningan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode survei Penjelasan (Explanatory Survey Method). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (Uji t) dengan nilai t tabel untuk sampel 82 adalah t tabel = 1,66462, masing-masing variabel terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dimana variabelKepuasan Kerja memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang paling tinggi diantara ketiga variable tersebut . Begitu juga hasil pengujian hipotesis Secara Simultan (Uji F), berdasarkan tabel ANOVA (Analysis of Variances) didapatkan hasil tingkat signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 p < 0.05, artinya secara bersama-sama variabel Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di RSU EL Syifa Kuningan. Total pengaruh ketiganya secara bersama-sama adalah 71,2 % sementara sisanya 28,8 % dengan nilai R = 0,850 dipengaruhi oleh fakor lain di luar penelitian.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Services of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon, To find out the Customer Loyalty of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon, and to determine the effect of Marketing Services on Customer Loyalty at PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon. The population in this study was 3,152 loan customers. The sampling technique uses a simple random technique with a sample of 100 customers. The results showed that there was a strong and significant positive effect between Marketing Services on Customer Loyalty of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon. Partial test results (t test) note that the independent variable Marketing Services has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable because both variables have a Sig value of 0.05,
