ABSTRACT There are four main conclusions, namely (1) Job Stress has a significant negative effect on ICU Employee Job Satisfaction at Gunung Jati Hospital. This means that if job stress increases, Employee Job Satisfaction will decrease. Vice versa if work stress decreases, then Employee Job Satisfaction will increase. (2) Social Support has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of ICU Employees at Gunung Jati Regional Hospital. This means that if social support increases, Employee Job Satisfaction will also increase. Vice versa if social support for employees decreases, then their Job Satisfaction will decrease (3) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on ICU Employee Job Satisfaction at Gunung Jati Regional Hospital. This can be interpreted if the level of work motivation of employees is increased, then their Job Satisfaction will also increase. Vice versa, if their motivation decreases, then by itself their Job Satisfaction will also decrease. (4) Together, the three variables studied have a significant positive effect on the Job Satisfaction of ICU Employees in Gunung Jati. ABSTRAK Ada empat kesimpulan pokok, yaitu (1) Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Artinya jika stress kerja meningkat maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai akan menurun. Begitupun sebaliknya jika stress kerja menurun, maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai akan meningkat. (2) Dukungan Sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Artinya jika dukungan sosial bertambah, maka Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai juga akan meningkat. Begitu juga sebaliknya jika dukungan sosial terhadap pegawai berkurang, maka Kepuasan Kerja merekapun akan menurun (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan jika tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai ditingkatkan, maka Kepuasan Kerja mereka juga akan meningkat. Begitu juga sebaliknya, jika motivasi mereka mnurun, maka dengan sendirinya Kepuasan Kerja mereka juga akan menurun. (4) Secara bersama-sama, Ketiga variabel yang diteliti bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ICU di RSUD Gunung Jati.
