Abstract

Salah satu metode terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia adalah kewirausahaan. Jika setiap orang di Indonesia didorong untuk menjadi wirausahawan, baik yang masuk dalam kategori angkatan kerja maupun yang bukan, angka pengangguran pasti akan menurun. Karena kewirausahaan menjadi sangat penting saat ini, tidak banyak penelitian dan konferensi ilmiah yang membahas masalah ini di Indonesia. Penelitian tambahan perlu dilakukan untuk menemukan dan mengembangkan model intensi berwirausaha yang paling sesuai untuk menunjukkan intensi berwirausaha individu, serta definisi paling akurat dari konsep ini. Dalam penelitian ini, model intensi berwirausaha akan dipelajari terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan karir Fresh Graduates. Model ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang tepat tentang kewirausahaan di Indonesia. Studi ini adalah kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah mahasiswa baru Unesa. Jumlah sampel seratus orang yang terdiri dari Fresh Graduate Unesa diambil secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung 11,693 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,994 dan signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Nilai t-hitung juga signifikan pada tingkat p=0,000. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi Kemungkinan berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keinginan berwirausaha mahasiswa baru. Entrepreneurial Intense Model of Fresh Graduate Career Decision Making Abstract One of the best methods to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia is entrepreneurship. If everyone in Indonesia is encouraged to become an entrepreneur, both those who are in the labor force category and those who are not, the unemployment rate will definitely decrease. Because entrepreneurship is so important nowadays, there are not many scientific studies and conferences discussing this issue in Indonesia. Additional research needs to be conducted to find and develop the most suitable model of entrepreneurial intention to indicate individual entrepreneurial intentions, as well as the most accurate definition of this concept. In this research, the entrepreneurial intention model will be studied in relation to the career decision making of Fresh Graduates. This model could provide an accurate picture of entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This study is quantitative. The focus of the research is new Unesa students. The number of samples of one hundred people consisting of Unesa Fresh Graduates was taken randomly. The results showed that the t-count value of 11.693 was greater than the t-table value of 1.994 and was significant at the 5% significance level. The t-count value is also significant at the p=0.000 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that Perception of Likelihood has a positive and significant impact on new students' entrepreneurial desires.

Abstract

Kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna jasa utama menjadi tonggak bagi keberlangsungan suatu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan kepuasan mahasiswa akan berdampak pada loyalitasnya terhadap perguruan tinggi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas pembelajaran di Unesa terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Unesa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa Unesa tahun akademik 2019 sampai dengan tahun akademik 2021. Sampel Penelitian ditetapkan sejumlah 150 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS pada uji t, dengan nilai signifikan pada variable kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,000 dan nilai signifikan pada variable kualitas pembelajaran juga 0,000. Berdasarkan nilai sig.<0,05, maka 0,000 bernilai lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif pada kepuasan mahasiswa. Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality and Learning Quality on Student Satisfaction Abstract Student satisfaction as the main service user is a cornerstone for the sustainability of a higher education institution. This is because student satisfaction will have an impact on their loyalty to the college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and learning quality at Unesa on Unesa Student Satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population is all Unesa students for the 2019 academic year to the 2021 academic year. The research sample was set at 150 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. on the t test, with a significant value on the service quality variable is 0.000 and a significant value on the learning quality variable is also 0.000. Based on the sig. <0.05, then 0.000 is less than alpha 0.05. The conclusion that can be drawn is that service quality has a positive influence on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Most central banks are exploring central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and their work continues apace amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Central banks are moving into more advanced stages of CBDC engagement, progressing from conceptual research to practical experimentation. The CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) has certain benefits: it is account-based, interest-bearing and universally acceptable. CBDC is a monetary value stored electronically that represents the central bank's obligations and can be used by its users to make payments. This study aims to analyse Garuda's monetary impact, technology readiness and security threats (Indonesian CBDC) based on a systematic literature review conducted from 2020-2022. Publish and Perish are used for collecting articles data, and VosViewer is used for analyzing data that is further to be discussed. This research is expected to contribute knowledge about the state readiness of the CBDC implementation plan based on monetary, technological readiness and banking security perspectives.

Abstract

This research delves into the pivotal role of Financial Technology (FinTech) in advancing the financial sector, sustainable development, and financial inclusion. Employing a descriptive-qualitative approach and the systematic literature review (SLR) method, the study investigates FinTech's interplay with Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development globally. A meticulous Scopus search utilizing keywords like "Fintech," "SDGs," "Financial Inclusion," and "Economic Development" ensures a thorough review of pertinent literature. The results underscore FinTech's substantial impact on Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development, acting as a crucial catalyst for financial inclusion and mediating sustainable growth through financial literacy. Furthermore, FinTech exhibits the potential to underpin sustainable economic growth, financial inclusion, and Economic Development by enhancing financial service accessibility, reducing poverty, and fostering gender equality. Challenges persist, particularly in the Pacific region, where issues of accessibility, awareness, literacy, and trust impede FinTech adoption. The study advocates for awareness campaigns, financial education, and infrastructure development to surmount these obstacles. In conclusion, while FinTech significantly influences financial inclusion and economic growth, its broader impact on Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development necessitates careful consideration. The research emphasizes the imperative for interdisciplinary collaboration, global cooperation, and vigilant strategies to address challenges and leverage opportunities arising from the rapid integration of digital financial services for inclusive and sustainable Economic Development.
