Abstract

Most central banks are exploring central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and their work continues apace amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Central banks are moving into more advanced stages of CBDC engagement, progressing from conceptual research to practical experimentation. The CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) has certain benefits: it is account-based, interest-bearing and universally acceptable. CBDC is a monetary value stored electronically that represents the central bank's obligations and can be used by its users to make payments. This study aims to analyse Garuda's monetary impact, technology readiness and security threats (Indonesian CBDC) based on a systematic literature review conducted from 2020-2022. Publish and Perish are used for collecting articles data, and VosViewer is used for analyzing data that is further to be discussed. This research is expected to contribute knowledge about the state readiness of the CBDC implementation plan based on monetary, technological readiness and banking security perspectives.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Double Diamond method in the redesign process of the UI/UX for the ABC Housing website located in Madura. The objective is to improve user engagement, experience, and satisfaction by applying a structured, user-centered design approach. The redesign process followed four key stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver, beginning with user needs analysis and culminating in the development of a high-fidelity prototype. To evaluate the effectiveness of the new design, the System Usability Scale (SUS) was employed, involving feedback from six respondents. The findings demonstrate that the redesigned website significantly enhanced key usability aspects, particularly navigation ease, visual attractiveness, and the overall user experience. These improvements suggest that the new interface aligns more closely with user expectations and behaviors, thereby increasing the likelihood of user satisfaction and sustained engagement. As a result, the redesigned platform is expected to attract greater interest and foster trust among prospective buyers. This, in turn, supports the company’s broader digital marketing strategy by positioning the website as a more effective tool for communication, promotion, and customer conversion. The study underscores the value of applying iterative design methodologies like Double Diamond in creating impactful digital solutions.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor kelautan merupakan pilar penting dalam konsep Blue Economy. Studi kasus pada UMKM kerupuk ikan UD Mekar ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan daya saing produk yang rendah akibat kemasan konvensional yang membatasi masa simpan dan citra produk. Melalui metode pengabdian masyarakat yang partisipatif dan kolaboratif, diimplementasikan inovasi teknologi berupa kemasan aktif (active packaging) yang dilengkapi penyerap oksigen. Hasil utama dari program ini menunjukkan keberhasilan yang signifikan, di mana masa simpan produk berhasil ditingkatkan secara drastis dari rata-rata 9 hari menjadi 40 hari, berdasarkan data percobaan yang tervalidasi. Keberhasilan teknis ini didukung oleh perancangan ulang desain kemasan yang lebih modern dan strategis untuk meningkatkan nilai jual, dengan target peningkatan omzet usaha minimal 15% dari skala bisnis yang telah berjalan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil menjadi model percontohan yang efektif dalam transfer teknologi dari akademisi ke industri, yang menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi erat mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah produk kelautan secara nyata dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing has gained momentum as businesses seek to enhance customer experience and drive purchase intention. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) using Python-based bibliometric tools to analyze recent scholarly contributions from 2015 to 2025. By extracting and analyzing data from Scopus and Web of Science databases, we identify thematic trends, key contributors, and knowledge gaps in AI-driven marketing literature. Findings reveal a strong emphasis on personalization, customer engagement, and trust as mediators between AI applications and purchase intention. This paper provides a conceptual foundation for future empirical and experimental studies in AI marketing.

Abstract

This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the influence of UI design and informative usefulness on Gen Z's purchase intention, focusing on the mediating role of attention span within TikTok in-feed video advertisements. Using Python-based bibliometric and text mining tools, this review analyzes trends, research gaps, and theoretical frameworks in studies published from 2018 to 2024. Results show a significant correlation between engaging UI, valuable content, and short attention spans in driving purchase behaviors among Gen Z. The study identifies key factors influencing user interaction and suggests directions for future empirical research.

Abstract

This study explores how perceived augmentation of Augmented Reality (AR) features influences affective response, cognitive response, and purchase intention, with a specific focus on Somethinc products on e-commerce platforms. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, Python-based bibliometric tools were employed to retrieve, clean, and analyze academic publications from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore. A total of 518 articles were initially identified using targeted keywords, and 58 met the inclusion criteria. Findings reveal consistent support for AR as a persuasive tool that enhances emotional engagement, mental processing, and ultimately drives purchase decisions—especially in the beauty and skincare industry. This review provides a foundation for future empirical research and offers theoretical and managerial implications in the domain of AR-driven social commerce.

Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana strategis dalam membangun citra dan meningkatkan daya saing. SMA Hasanuddin Wajak Malang, sebagai sekolah berbasis pesantren tertua di wilayahnya, memiliki potensi keunggulan yang belum sepenuhnya terekspos melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan siswa dalam mengelola social media marketing (SMM) guna memperkuat branding sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup asesmen kebutuhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung. Materi yang diberikan meliputi konsep branding, perancangan konten, hingga analisis insight media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep branding dan keterampilan teknis SMM, yang ditunjukkan melalui kemampuan merancang konten kreatif dan menyusun content calendar. Selain itu, telah terbentuk tim media sosial permanen yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa, serta dirumuskan pembagian peran untuk mendukung konsistensi publikasi. Program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya narasi lokal sebagai pembeda dalam pembangunan citra sekolah. Kegiatan berpotensi berkelanjutan melalui pendampingan virtual, evaluasi performa konten, dan penyusunan SOP pengelolaan media sosial. Secara keseluruhan, PkM ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat branding sekolah berbasis media sosial dan dapat direplikasi pada institusi pendidikan serupa.
