Abstract

The workshop is one of the business facilities that provides after-sales repair services to consumers. Punctuality is very important for repair service users. The reservation process for booking and reminder services carried out at the Benelli Showroom is still using the telephone system or coming directly to the workshop. This study aims to design an information system for booking reservations and service reminders that are effective, efficient, and easy to use by Service Advisors and Customers. In this study, qualitative data analysis methods were used. Qualitative data analysis is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The method that can be used in system analysis is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, control, and service). . The design method of this system uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language), namely using use case diagrams, Class diagrams and Activity diagrams. The results of the design of the reservation information system for booking and motorbike service reminders can provide convenience and customer satisfaction in booking service, and simplify the work of service advisors.

Abstract

The primary objective of companies involved in the production process is profitability, achieved through optimizing labor, raw materials, and resources. This continual improvement results in a robust production system geared towards generating significant profits. A prevalent method for ongoing refinement is the application of Quality Control Circles (QCC). This research focuses on assessing productivity improvements in the K84 Line Steering Handle following the implementation of QCC methodologies. It aims to understand the factors affecting productivity and applies QCC techniques to enhance efficiency. The research reveals promising findings, indicating that QCC-driven enhancements have substantially reduced cycle times across workstations. This reduction directly contributes to increased production output for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The utilization of QCC methods has proven remarkably effective, elevating efficiency levels from 65% to an impressive 92% and concurrently reducing manpower requirements by 3. In summary, this research emphasizes the transformative impact of QCC practices on productivity, highlighting substantial gains in output efficiency and resource optimization for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The integration of QCC-driven improvements has proven instrumental in achieving these positive outcomes. Keywords: Quality Control Circle, Seven Tools and Productivity

Abstract

Digital business atau disebut juga bisnis digital adalah bisnis tercanggih saat ini yang diperkirakan terus berkembang setiap tahun dan semakin lama akan meningkat tajam. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang bergerak sangat cepat baik dibidang pendidikan, bisnis, pemasaran dan bidang lainnya. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) lebih fokus pada penyiapan siswanya untuk memasuki dunia kerja. SMK membekali siswanya untuk bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan terampil. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan metode diskusi. Proses sosialisasi terkait bisnis digital ini disajikan dalam bentuk pemaparan materi secara langsung. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan akan memberikan wawasan dan inspirasi bagi siswa-siswi SMK Prima Tiara Makassar yang tertarik untuk menjelajahi potensi bisnis digital.
