Abstract

This research is analyzing the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Leadership on Performance. The research’s object is the Junior High School in Pemalang districts, Pemalang. This topic was taken because of the lack of student competition in academic at Junior High School in Pemalang Districts, Pemalang which indicates the performance of teachers is still low. This research’s population are all teachers of Junior High School in Pemalang district, Pemalang who numbered 301 teachers come from eight school. The sampling techniques of this research is using purposive sampling, then continued by quota random sampling. When collecting data, writers use questionnaire to get information from respondents. The purpose of this research is to find the answers from variable’s effect on teacher’s performance. Data were collected then analyzed by Product Moment Correlation for validity test of the question’s item, cronbach’s alpha for realibility test, regression test get the result of the effect from each independent variables on dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. The result of this research are : (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Abstract

This reseach examined the influence of price, service quality and location toward purchasing decision. The object of this reseach was the consumers of Deeres agricultural shop in Temanggung. That data were collected using questionaire which was distributed to fourty five respondent. The instrument was proved valid after the validity test and the variables were also proved reliable after being tested using reliability test. The regression test showed that the price variable was negatively significant toward the purcashing decision, while the service quality and location variables showed positive and significant influence toward the purcashing decision, with location variables as most dominant variable.The result of coefficient determination test model showed that this kind of model was less effective, so that the other variable were needed to influence the purcashing decision  In the other hand, The anova test showed that this model was well built. Abstract

This research was carried out at the Semarang City Environmental Agency to study and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 138 employees, and method of data collection use a questionnaires with a total sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test with alpha coefficient (Alpha Crobach), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The test results obtained that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance
