Abstract

Pregnant adolescent are greater risk of experiencing psychosocial problems compared to other pregnant adult women. The purpose of this study was to identify several studies about stress management for pregnant adolescent in order to reduce stress during pregnant. The systematic review method used six data sources including ProQuest, EBSCO, Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus, 1010 articles from Wiley online library, then filtered to be eight related articles. Based on the review result, there were some intervention to overcome the problem of stress in pregnant adolescents such as relaxation activities, health education, yoga, guided imagery, breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises, getting closer to God, and going to some pleasant place. Conclusion: A review of the literature showed that the use of stress management techniques must be followed by health education about pregnancy, birth, and post-birth. Recommendation: the results of this systematic review produced an overview of the contents of stress management in adolescents that can be used for further research. Keywords: pregnant teenagers; psychosocial problems; stress management ABSTRAK Hamil di usia remaja menimbulkan risiko lebih besar mengalami masalah psikososial dibandingan dengan perempuan di usia dewasa, sehingga diperlukan intervensi khusus pada remaja hamil tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah diidentifikasinya beberapa penelitian yang sudah meneliti tentang manajemen stress pada remaja hamil. Metode dalam systematic review menggunakan enam sumber data diantaranya ProQuest, EBSCO, Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus, Wiley online library yang didapatkan sebanyak 1010 artikel, kemudian dilakukan penyaringan sehingga dihasilkan delapan artikel yang berkaitan. Hasil review didapatkan bentuk intervensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan stres pada remaja hamil dapat berupa edukasi kesehatan, aktivitas relaksasi seperti yoga, guided imagery, latihan pernapasan dan relaksasi otot (muscle relaxation exercises), mendekatkan diri pada Tuhan, dan pergi ketempat yang menyenangkan. Kesimpulan: Penelaahan literatur menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik manajemen stres harus diikuti dengan pemberian edukasi kesehatan seputar kehamilan, kelahiran, dan paska kelahiran. Rekomendasi: hasil systematical review ini menghasilkan gambaran isi manajemen stres pada remaja yang dapat dipakai untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Abstract

Background: Some pregnant adolescents experience violence that has a negative impact for the pregnant adolescent itself and also their babies. It is necessary to make a health promotion intervention as an effort to prevent and control violence against pregnant adolescents.Purpose: This research aimed to analyse the influence of the health education about domestic violence named “Protect Me” on knowledge, selfefficacy, and help-seeking behavior again violence among adolescent with pregnancy.Methods: There were 37 participants of pregnant adolescents involved in violence screening. Based on the screening results, 30 participants experienced violence and agreed to involve in this research. Research with pre-experimental study design using a total sampling of 30 pregnant adolescents experiencing domestic violence from April to June 2020.Results: The results showed that 6.7% of pregnant adolescents experienced psychological, physical and economic violence and 13.3% pregnant adolescents experienced sexual violence. There was a significant difference between the level of knowledge (p < 0.001) and help-seeking behavior (p = 0.002) of pregnant adolescents after being given “Protect Me” intervention and Self-efficacy has no relation with Protect Me intervention (p = 0.186)Conclusion: The results of the research concluded that the domestic violence prevention and management efforts could be carried out by applying education based intervention “Protect Me”, to improve the knowledge and help-seeking behavior of pregnant adolescents.

Abstract

One of the surgical procedures used in the treatment of hemorrhoids is stapled hemorrhoidopexy. Pain and bleeding are likely to be experienced by patients after stapled hemorrhoidopexy. Cold compresses are a practical method that can be used to reduce pain. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in patient pain after being given a combination of drug therapy and cold compresses. This single case report was conducted at a Teaching Hospital in West Java. Two interventions were performed on one patient, then evaluated using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Data collection was obtained from interventions that had been given by PN (Primary Nurse) and AN (Associate Nurse) as well as patient development records documented in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system. The study results show that cold compresses (ice gel) combined with drug therapy help reduce the patient's pain level. Cold compresses can be used as a nursing intervention to treat hemorrhoidal pain after stapled hemorrhoidopexy.Keywords: hemorrhoids; pregnancy; cold compress; painful ABSTRAK Salah satu prosedur pembedahan yang digunakan dalam penanganan hemoroid adalah stapled hemorrhoidopexy. Nyeri dan perdarahan kemungkinan akan dialami oleh pasien pasca stapled hemorrhoidopexy. Kompres dingin merupakan salah satu metode praktis yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi nyeri. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan nyeri pasien setelah diberikan intervensi kombinasi antara terapi obat dan kompres dingin. Laporan kasus tunggal ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan di Jawa Barat. Dua kali intervensi dilakukan terhadap satu pasien, kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan skala nyeri Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari intervensi yang sudah diberikan oleh PN (Primary Nurse) dan AN (Associate Nurse) serta catatan perkembangan pasien yang terdokumentasi dalam sistem EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kompres dingin (ice gel) yang dikombinasikan dengan terapi obat membantu menurunkan tingkat nyeri pasien. Kompres dingin dapat dijadikan intervensi keperawatan untuk menangani nyeri hemoroid pasca stapled hemorrhoidopexy.Kata kunci: hemoroid; kehamilan; kompres dingin; nyeri
