Abstract

Adanya layanan jasa di sekitar kehidupan masyarakat terutama di daerah perumahan, sudah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat sekitarnya. Oleh karena itulah, bisnis usaha laundry dapat berkembang dengan pesat karena sangat diminati oleh masyarakat. Dengan alasan tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis dari Usaha Berkah Laundry yang berjalan di Desa Karang Raharja dalam Aspek Sumber Daya Manusia, Aspek Pemasaran, dan Aspek Operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pembaca mengenai permasalahan yang terkait dengan aspek operasional, aspek sumber daya manusia, serta aspek operasional terhadap kelayakan bisnis pada pendirian dan pengembangan usaha laundry. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah menggunakan data primer, yang didapatkan dari hasil observasi secara langsung serta melakukan wawancara terhadap pemilik dari usaha laundry. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan Berkah Laundry terletak pada lokasi bisnis yang strategis, harga yang terjangkau, fasilitas yang lengkap, pelayanan yang ramah, dan layanan antar jemput ke rumah yang nyaman. Dengan mempertimbangkan dan menerapkan strategi yang disarankan, Berkah Laundry dapat memperkuat posisi kompetitifnya, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan di pasar jasa laundry.

Abstract

Apart from the development of the Indonesian capital market, investment funds are also developing. After the development of mutual funds, mutual funds began to implement Islamic sharia principles in their business strategies. This business strategy has an investment policy and this is the main difference that differentiates Islamic mutual funds from conventional ones. This research was conducted with the aim of studying, explaining and analyzing how the performance of sharia mutual funds compares with conventional investment mutual funds, especially investment mutual funds listed on the Stock Exchange. This research includes sharia stock investment mutual funds and conventional stock investments listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research was purposive judgment sampling technique. Samples are selected based on sample characteristics with decisive sample selection criteria. The sample used for this research consisted of five conventional stock mutual funds registered on the IDX and five sharia stock investment mutual funds registered on the IDX for the 2020-2022 observation period, consisting of 10 mutual funds. To prove the best performance of stock mutual funds, this research uses a t-test using the observation method and the independent sample t-test method. After carrying out this analysis, it shows that conventional stock mutual funds have better performance than sharia stock mutual funds based on an average risk value that is smaller than sharia stock mutual funds, namely 0.589 > 0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accuracy of the Modified Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, and Zmijewski X-Score models in predicting the financial condition of property and real estatee sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2021 period. Using a quantitative approach, financial report data from 10 sample companies were analyzed with all three models. The results show that the Modified Altman Z-Score model has an accuracy level of 60%, the Springate S-Score 13%, and the Zmijewski X-Score 60%. The Zmijewski X-Score model proved to be the most suitable in predicting the company's condition for the next two years (2023) compared to other models. The implications of this research highlight the importance of bankruptcy prediction models as an early warning tool for management and investors, and provide recommendations for companies to formulate adaptive strategies in facing potential financial difficulties.
