Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the authority of the dental nurse in carrying out medical actions delegated by the dentist to the dental nurse. Dental nurses have the authority to perform medical actions on the basis of statutory regulations and the delegation of part of the authority of dentists. The research conducted is using. Sociological legal research method, this research was conducted in Rokan Hilir Regency. The type of data in this scientific paper is in the form of primary data and secondary data supported by tertiary data. The result of this study is that the authority of dental nurses in carrying out health care efforts has two powers, namely the attribution authority and the delegation authority. Sanctions that can be given to dentists and dental nurses can be in the form of disciplinary, administrative, civil and criminal sanctions. Keywords: Dental Nurse; medical action  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kewenangan dari Perawat Gigi dalam melakukan tindakan medik yang dilimpahkan oleh Dokter Gigi terhadap perawat gigi. Perawat gigi memiliki kewenangan dalam melakukan tindakan medik atas dasar peraturan perundang-undangan dan pelimpahan sebagian kewenangan dokter gigi. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan. Metode Penelitian hukum Sosiologis, penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Jenis data dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder didukung dengan data tersier. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kewenangan perawat gigi dalam melakukan upaya pelayanan kesehatan keperawatan memiliki dua kewenangan yaitu kewenangan atribusi dan kewenangan delegasi. Sanksi yang bisa diberikan kepada dokter gigi maupun perawat gigi bisa berupa sanksi disiplin, administrasi, perdata dan pidana. Kata kunci: Perawat Gigi; tindakan medik

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the legal protection of BPJS participantpatients in medical treatment at a private hospital in Pekanbaru City and theobstacles in its protection. This type of research is normative law. The data sourcecomes from secondary data. The results of this study are legal protection for BPJSparticipant patients in medical treatment at private hospitals in Pekanbaru City thatthe government has issued Law Number 40 of 2004 namely the Health Insuranceprogram for BPJS participant patients where every hospital is to provide services toparticipants in utilizing their right to seek treatment at designated health facilitiesfor free, but there are obstacles in legal protection for patients participating in BPJSbecause there are still health service facilities and infrastructure that are not up tostandard and there is still unfulfilled/availability of medicines and medicalconsumables needed.
