Abstract

The problem in the study is that the competence of human resources in the MSME industry sector is still lacking, this can be seen from the lack of knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, such as lack of knowledge of management skills, lack of work skills such as mastery of automation system technology and e-commerce in the field of marketing, there are still limited employee abilities in terms of creativity and innovation, lack of communication and skilled service. This has an impact on the performance of MSMEs. In facing the above problems, an appropriate competency development strategy is needed while the strategies carried out are training programs, leadership development, access to technology, networking, access to capital, monitoring and evaluation. The objectives of this study are 1) To know the competence of human resources in small and small businesses in the city of Kupang .2) To find out how the right strategy is to develop human resource competencies in improving the performance of small and small businesses. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and formulates the right strategy in developing human resource competencies. The determination of samples in this study was carried out in 4 sub-district clusters, namely Oebobo District, Kota Raja, Kelapa Lima and Oesapa with a purposive non-probability sampling sampling technique, namely selecting human resources for MSMEs in accordance with the set criteria. Data collection uses interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The result of this study is the concept of human resource development strategies for MSMEs in improving MSME performance.

Abstract

The problems in the research are lack of creativity and innovation, lack of skilled labor, lack of knowledge in product management and marketing that is still done in a conventional way not through automation and e-commerce systems, limited machines and facilities as well as capital for business development. In facing this problem, an appropriate creative economy development strategy is needed so that it can overcome these problems. With the right strategy in the creative industry, it is hoped that UMKM can compete in the 4.0 era and can increase business and regional income. The objectives of this study are 1) To identify and map the existence of culinary and handicraft business SMEs in Kupang Regency.2).This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and formulates appropriate strategies in the field of culinary and knitting business in Kupang Regency. This study took samples in 4 (four) sub-districts in Kupang district, namely east Kupang, Central Kupang, West Amarasi and south Amarasi Samples are selected based on unique business characteristics and have distinctiveness in cultural aspects (aspect culture). Data collection using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The result of this research is the formation of a Technology-Based MSME Development Center and Bundling of Creative Industry products.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to investigate the Influence of Financial Technology, Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on the Financial Behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Data Analysis techniques were carried out through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Multiple Linear Regression Formula Y=a+bX1+bX2+bX3+e. The results showed that there was a partial influence of financial technology on the financial behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owners receiving People's Business Credit (KUR) from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Kupang Branch while Financial Literacy Does Not Partially Affect the Financial Behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Owners Receiving People's Business Loans (KUR) from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Kupang Branch and also the variable Financial Attitude have no effect on Financial Attitude. However, simultaneously there is the influence of financial technology, financial literacy and financial attitudes on the financial behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owners receiving People's Business Credit (KUR) from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Kupang Branch amounted to 6.6% while 93.3% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. With the Regression Equation obtained Y=21.426+0.401X1-0.248X2-0.105X3+e
