Based on data analysis of the results obtained: 1. There is a significant relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This is evidenced by the coefficient Freg = 1.952 where p <0.050. This indicates that the better the higher the corporate culture and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior then (OCB) will be higher. Instead the worse the lower the corporate culture and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior then (OCB) will be lower as well. This study aims to examine the effect of workplace incivility on nurses' psychological well-being through the mediation of emotional exhaustion. This explanatory quantitative study involved 270 health nurses at Hospital X Medan. We analyzed data using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS program. Results indicated that emotional exhaustion mediated the effect of workplace incivility on nurses' psychological well-being. This study contributes to nurses' well-being intervention, which is influenced by workplace incivility and mediated by emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

The current tendency of nomophobia is quite problematic for teenagers, especially students in this study. Nomophobia is certainly influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze and see the influence of self-esteem and internet addiction with nomophobia. This study is included in quantitative research that is associative causal. The sample of this study was 275 students of SMA N 1 Kuala. The research data were collected using a research scale that was stated to be valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) There is a significant relationship between self-esteem and nomophobia. This can be seen in the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.422 and p = 0.000. The correlation is negative, meaning that if self-esteem is low, nomophobia also increases. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.178, meaning that 17.8% of nomophobia is influenced by self-esteem. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis 1 is accepted. (2) There is a significant relationship between internet addiction and nomophobia. This can be seen in the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.522 and p = 0.000. The correlation is negative, meaning that if internet addiction increases, nomophobia also increases. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.273, meaning that 27.3% of nomophobia is influenced by internet addiction. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis 2 is accepted. (3) Together, the variables of self-esteem and internet addiction have a significant relationship with nomophobia. This can be seen from the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.577 and p = 0.000. This means that together, variables X1 and X2 influence variable Y. Based on the results of this study, the three hypotheses proposed in this study are declared accepted. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.333, meaning that 33.3% of nomophobia is influenced by self-esteem and internet addiction. While 66.7% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in the regression equation (residual).

Abstract

Nowadays, anxiety about speaking in public is a problem for many teenagers, especially students. Public speaking anxiety is certainly influenced by many factors. This research aims to analyze and see the influence between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication and public speaking anxiety. This research is included in causal associative quantitative research. The sample for this research was 298 students from SMA N 1 Kuala. Research data was collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) The self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on public speaking anxiety which has a negative value, because based on the results of the t test, a significant level of 0.002 <0.05 is obtained. And the calculated t value > t table in One-Tailed, namely 10.152 > 2.05. With a coefficient value of 0.571, it means that if self-efficacy is within one unit, it will cause a decrease in students' public speaking anxiety. (2) The interpersonal communication variable in public has a significant influence on public speaking anxiety and has a positive value. Based on the results of the t test, a significant level of 0.03 < 0.05 was obtained and the calculated t value > t table was 2.125 > 2.05 in the Two-Tailed test. With a coefficient value of 0.404, it means that if interpersonal communication increases by one unit, it will lead to a decrease in students' public speaking anxiety. (3) Self-efficacy and interpersonal communication variables have a significant influence simultaneously on public speaking anxiety. Based on the results of the f test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained and the calculated f value was 74.719 > f table of 4,013. So this proves that simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant influence on students' public speaking anxiety.
