Abstract

To achieve project success, careful and continuous monitoring of progress, resources, and potential risks is essential in this context. A real-time application-based project monitoring system has been developed and implemented. This system is designed to provide comprehensive project visibility, making it easier for staff to monitor task progress, resource utilization, and proactively identify potential problems. With an intuitive, responsive, and communicative application interface, it makes performance more efficient between office staff and field teams. The results of this study prove that this application system is a very valuable tool for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget at PT. Generasi General Contractor. The project monitoring application with the waterfall method is a very classic method and its main characteristic is a linear and structured workflow. Where each stage must be completed before moving on to the next stage without the opportunity to return to the previous stage. This method is very suitable to be developed into a project monitoring application. And the results of usability testing using the single ease question (SEQ) method were tested with 10 questions selected based on experience in using the application. The results of the Usability testing from each staff showed a positive response with an average SEQ score of 5.31. Proving that the project monitoring application helps in reducing the problems that exist at PT. Generasi General Contractor.

Abstract

PT. Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera adalah salah satu perusahaan ritel besar yang biasa disebut Lawson menggunakan aplikasi stock opname dalam membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan pemantauan stok barang secara efisien dan akurat. Ada beberapa masalah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, terutama pada masalah usability atau kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi stock opname, masalah produktivitas karyawan yang disebabkan oleh desain yang kurang user-friendly, serta minimnya akurasi dalam penginputan data stok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat usability, mengidentifikasi masalah usability, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan bila perlu untuk meningkatkan usability aplikasi. System Usability Scale (SUS) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan mendapatkan skor SUS sebesar 74,69. Berdasarkan hasil analisis berada pada percentile rank 71%, mendapatkan grade B, berada pada skala adjective "Good", dan termasuk dalam tingkat penerimaan yang acceptable. Pada skala NPS, aplikasi ini termasuk kategori pasif, di mana pengguna cenderung tidak merekomendasikan aplikasi ini kepada orang lain, namun tetap menggunakannya secara pribadi dalam lingkungan perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis skor SUS yang masih diatas standar sehingga tidak dilakukan desain ulang dan menyarankan untuk penelitian kedepannya dapat dilakukan dengan metode lain yang bisa menambahkan skor SUS agar aplikasi bisa lebih baik dan berkembang dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal is a company in the field of construction services based in Bekasi. In recruiting employees, PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal still uses conventional methods, namely that prospective employees usually send application files to the head office in Bekasi either by e-mail, post or by submitting applications directly to the Admin section. HRDs need to open e-mails and application files one by one which makes HRDs have to process applicants' data again, resulting in a high probability of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new and effective system in order to facilitate the recruitment of employees using a system development methodology, namely the waterfall method. With the PHP programming language, codeigniter framework and mysql database, the employee recruitment website makes it easier for HRD to minimize time, costs and energy so that the recruitment process becomes more efficient. In addition, delivering clear and up-to-date information will improve the company's image.

Abstract

B3NETWORKS PTE LTD merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Telekomunikasi berupa Telepon Pbx dan Call Center. Perusahaan ini mempunyai kendala dalam Penyampaian informasi, khususnya di sektor Text To Speech Phone Call. Hal ini menyebabkan proses penjualan produk tidak efisien dan efektif sehingga menurunkan omset perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan sangat memerlukan sebuah sistem untuk penyampaian informasi secara otomatis dengan mengubah fitur keluhan yang berbasis teks menjadi phone call. Sistem dibangun menggunakan SCRUM model sedangkan Hasil analisa digambarkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Implementasi berupa hasil akhir yang dicapai yaitu terbentuknya suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mengolah Text To Speech Phone Call dengan mengintegrasikan Rest Api. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox Testing menghasilkan kondisi valid pada setiap sistem yang dijalankan sehingga Users Interface Text To Speech Phone Call ini dapat meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan fatal yang terjadi dalam pengunaan Rest Api Text To Speech Phone Call, dalam Proses panggilan telepon keluar seperti kesalahan nomor tujuan pada saat melakukan Phone Call.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) RW.01 merupakan organisasi yang disah-kan di kampung Batu Seruni, kelurahan Buaran Indah, kecamatan Tangerang, kota Tangerang. dalam kegiatannya, organisasi tersebut memiliki pendanaan yang setiap bulannya berarus keluar masuk, seperti adanya dana masuk dari panen sayur mayur, dan biaya pembelian pupuk, bibit dan lainnya. Dalam pencatatan kas kecil tersebut, pengurus Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) RW.01 masih menggunakan catatan pembukuan pada buku tulis, dengan adanya hal tersebut untuk mengoptimalkan pencatatan kas kecil Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) para dosen Universitas BSI telah melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan yang sederhana, praktis, dan bertahap seperti membuat pencatatan kas menggunakan aplikasi mobile, serta memberikan panduan yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. Adapun luaran yang telah dicapai adalah adanya penerbitan berita press release di media nasional ataupun lokal serta submit artikel jurnal pengabdian masyarakat pada jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi. Dengan terlaksananya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) RW.01 di kelurahan Buaran Indah, Tangerang.

Abstract

Community service activities with the theme of Increasing Creativity Using AI at the As-Syamsuriyah Foundation aim to enhance the skills of the children under the care of the As-Syamsuriyah Foundation in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology through visual arts in the form of videos that can be used for effective documentation and publication. In this digital era, AI offers great potential to boost human creativity, but its use must be carried out carefully and responsibly. By understanding and addressing ethical challenges, we can ensure that AI becomes a partner that enriches the creative world, rather than a threat that undermines it. Wise implementation of AI allows humans to continue to evolve, creating works that harmoniously blend technology and human touch. This training includes visual arts in the form of videos utilizing AI technology that can be used for documentation and publication. Participants will learn to utilize AI using software to create easily accessible animation videos suitable for the foundation's documentation needs. This activity is expected to help the foundation's children improve their creativity using AI while still paying attention to ethical aspects. The output of this community service activity will be in the form of articles in print or electronic media, increased knowledge and skills of the partners.

Abstract

Pregnant women can be attacked by pregnancy disease, the disease can be known from the symptoms it causes, however, to find out exactly what disease is suffered by pregnant women, an expert or obstetrician is needed. In this study a website-based expert system was designed using basic rules with the forward chaining inference method aimed at helping pregnant women in diagnosing pregnancy diseases early on. This expert system is capable of diagnosing diseases suffered by pregnant women in accordance with the symptom questions posed to be answered by pregnant women, will display the results of the diagnosis, details about the disease and how the disease is treated.
