Abstract

Overnutrition status is one indicator that describes a person’s nutritional needs being met. Data related to obesity from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2018), at the age of 5-12 years is still high, and with the highest prevalence in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to identify factors that can affect the nutritional status of students at MIN 2 Johar Baru. The research was carried out using a cross-sectional design, and purposive sampling technique involving 49 students in grades IV, V, and VI in July 2021. The data was obtained using an online questionnaire which was filled in by the respondents themselves. Statistical analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that as many as 48,1% of respondents experienced more nutritional status. Bivariate results using the chi-square test found a significant relationship between gender on overweight status (p = 0,000). There was no significant relationship between age (p = 0,978), last education of parents (father) (p = 547), last education of parents (mother) (p = 0,174), physical activity (p = 0,903), watching television (TV) (p = 0,303), and consumption of fast food (p = 0,846) on overweight status. Abstract

A person's nutritional status may be used as a gauge to illustrate how their body functions based on the foods they eat. There are five categories into which nutritional status can be categorized: less, less, good, more, and obese. A number of factors, including physical activity, snacking habits, and patterns of vegetable and fruit eating, might contribute to problems with nutritional status. To determine what elements affect the nutritional state of high school pupils in classes X and XI, a cross-sectional observational study design is used. The Bogor Pharmacy Vocational School was the location of the research. For this study, a sample of 101 people was selected using simple random selection as the sampling strategy. Nutritional status (BMI/U), fruit and vegetable consumption (FFQ interview), snacking habits (FFQ interview), and physical activity (PAQ-Q questionnaire) were used to gather data. A chi-square test was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that 65.3% of students at the Bogor Pharmacy Vocational School have adequate nutritional conditions. Additionally, the bivariate data demonstrate a substantial correlation (p = 0.020) between fruit and vegetable intake. snacking patterns on teenage nutritional status (p = 0.018). There is no statistically significant correlation (p = 0.1000) between teenage dietary status and physical activity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of innovative, interesting, and entertaining media available in schools, as well as the inadequate facilities available in schools, especially in the teaching of Pancasila education. Efforts to overcome these problems require efforts in developing fun learning media, in the form of secret card snake and ladder learning media. This research aims to produce secret card snake and ladder media in the learning of Pancasila Education in grade IV of Elementary School. The type of research is development research, which uses a 4-D development model consisting of the stages of define, design, development, and disseminate. The results obtained from the development of the secret card ladder snake media obtained 83.8% validator results, from Practicality 89.83% and Effectiveness 96.6%
