Abstract

Taman Lalu Lintas Ade Irma Suryani Nasution is one of the first traffic-themed educational attractions in Indonesia with the concept of a theme park. The purpose of making this park is to increase traffic safety awareness for young children. This research was conducted to find out the tourist attractions in the park, and the implementation of child-friendly aspects considering that the main target of this park is children aged 0-13 years. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by direct observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the tourist attraction in the park follows the concept of educational tourism which presents attractions and facilities regarding basic traffic that can be learned by visiting tourists by learning while playing. As well as the existence of child-friendly indicators that are applied to the implementation of educational tourism at Taman Lalu Lintas Ade Irma Suryani Nasution by looking at the factors of Safety, Health, Comfort, Flexibility, Security, and Aesthetics which can make tourists feel free to travel in Taman Lalu Lintas Ade Irma Suryani Nasution.

Abstract

Quality of Service and Facilities is the most important thing in every tourist destination, so if these two things are done well, it will automatically affect the interest in visiting. Thus, this study aims to determine how the influence of the quality of services and facilities on the interest in visiting Karang Setra Waterland. The method used is a verifiative descriptive quantitative method. The types used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was taken from the average tourist visits in 2019-2023 of 4,700 and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents, the results of using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is carried out by survey or questionnaire. Data collection was done by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The questionnaire model in this study used the Likert Scale. The verifiative analysis used in this study is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis test. The results of this study show that each statement item is said to be valid and reliable. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in this study was 52.70%. The results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests show that the Quality of Service ( ) and Facilities ( ) has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Visiting Interest (Y) in Karang Setra Waterland.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Lamajang Tourism Village, Bandung Regency, this study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing (X1) and facilities (X2) on the decision to visit (Y) in Lamajang Tourism Village. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verifiative analysis, by distributing questionnaires to 100 tourists to prove the hypothesis that has been made. The results of instrument testing show that all statements are declared valid with results above 0.300 and reliable with results above 0.700. From this study shows that there is a relationship between digital marketing (X1) and facilities (X2) on visiting decisions (Y) with an influence of 58.8% and the remaining 41.2% is a factor that has not been studied. Other test results also show a significant influence between digital marketing variables (X1) and facilities (X2) on visiting decisions (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that digital marketing (X1) and facilities (X2) have a strong and significant influence on visiting decisions (Y) both partially and simultaneously. This proves that digital marketing factors and facility factors are factors that influence the decision to visit, but there are some things that must be improved and always updated such as tourist attraction and service quality.
