Abstract

Piutang merupakan aset lancar yang penting dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Akun piutang digunakan untuk mencatat, melaporkan jumlah tagihan perusahaan kepada pihak lain. Proses Pengakuan pendapatan dan pencatatan piutang harus diperhatikan oleh karena mengandung risiko tidak tertagihnya piutang atau klaim kepada pihak ketiga Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur penagihan dan penerimaan piutang pasien tanpa jaminan asuransi di Rumah Sakit Vania, dan prosedur penagihan dan penerimaan klaim asuransi pasien dengan jaminan asuransi pada Rumah Sakit Vania Bogor, serta untuk mengetahui pengendalian intern atas prosedur penagihan dan penerimaan piutang pada Rumah Sakit Vania Bogor. Dari hasil penyusunan tugas akhir, diketahui bahwa Rumah Sakit Vania bekerjasama dengan perusahaan asuransi sebagai jaminan kesehatan pasien. Rumah Sakit Vania mempunyai prosedur baku penagihan dan penerimaan piutang. Rumah Sakit Vania memiliki risiko atau ancaman dalam pengakuan pendapatan, proses penagihan piutang dan penerimaan kas terkait klaim asuransi yang terhambat, untuk itu dibangun prosedur siklus pendapatan dan penerimaan kas yang memenuhi unsur-unsur pengendalian intern, antara lain proses pencatatan terkomputerisasi, pemisahan tugas dan fungsi, otorisasi, validasi, verifikasi/pengecekan dan prosedur konfirmasi yang memadai. Kata kunci : Prosedur Pendapatan, Risiko Piutang, Pengendalian Piutang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, work motivation and job satisfaction on the service quality of employees of sub-district offices throughout the city of Semarang. This research is a quantitative research with a population of 1320 sub-district office employees throughout Semarang City. The number of samples in this study was 93 respondents which was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses techniques Propotionate Random Sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test and descriptive statistical analysis of percentages using the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained data namely Y = 9.776 + 0.590X1 + 0.082 X2 + 0.142X3 + e. The results of the research show that human resource competence has a positive and significant influence on the quality of employee service, while work motivation and job satisfaction do not have a significant influence on the quality of service for employees of sub-district offices throughout Semarang City.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the presence of students who tend to procrastinate on assignments given by the teacher, thereby disrupting their learning process. That happens because self-management among students is lacking, as self-management in terms of learning is necessary. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The profile of students' self-regulation. 2) The profile of students' academic procrastination. 3) To examine the relationship between self-regulation and students' academic procrastination. Paraphrase text. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with a population of 348 students. The sample in this study consisted of 186 people using the proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are the academic procrastination questionnaire and the self-regulation questionnaire. Data analysis in this study is descriptive statistics and product moment correlation. The results of the research on the relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination of twelfth-grade students at Padang State High School 3 reveal that: 1) The self-regulation profile of the students is in the moderate category. 2) The academic procrastination profile of the students is in the moderate category. 3) There is a very weak correlation between self-regulation and academic procrastination of the students.
