Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, work motivation and job satisfaction on the service quality of employees of sub-district offices throughout the city of Semarang. This research is a quantitative research with a population of 1320 sub-district office employees throughout Semarang City. The number of samples in this study was 93 respondents which was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses techniques Propotionate Random Sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test and descriptive statistical analysis of percentages using the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained data namely Y = 9.776 + 0.590X1 + 0.082 X2 + 0.142X3 + e. The results of the research show that human resource competence has a positive and significant influence on the quality of employee service, while work motivation and job satisfaction do not have a significant influence on the quality of service for employees of sub-district offices throughout Semarang City.

Abstract

The current weakness of various dimensions of service quality measurement scales that have been adopted in measuring the level of student service satisfaction at HE is often an obstacle to understanding weaknesses in the quality of HE service. This study aims to investigate the level of student service satisfaction based on the HEISQUAL synthesis combined with the ACSI, IPA, and PGCV methods as a holistic approach to determine priorities for continuous improvement. The integration of these three methods is very appropriate to answer the needs of HE in improving the quality of its services. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a sample size of 320 students using a convenience sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The results of this study indicate that HE service satisfaction is in the satisfied criteria, where 6 sub-dimensions are in quadrant A, 5 sub-dimensions are in quadrant B, 1 sub-dimension is in quadrant C, and 4 sub-dimensions are in quadrant D. From this analysis, the priority order of improvement are 1) ET, 2) LWE, 3) LF, 4) ECA, 5) C&M, 6) BTS. Through the HEISQUAL – ACSI – IPA – PGCV synthesis, HE can understand and determine well-accelerated strategic and practical policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan ekspektasi karir (variabel independen) terhadap intensi melanjutkan studi lanjut (variabel dependen), dengan status sosial ekonomi orang tua sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian terdiri dari 381 mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 di Universitas Negeri Semarang, dengan 160 responden dipilih melalui Proportionate Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model valid dan reliabilitas konstruk layak. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi melanjutkan studi lanjut, sementara ekspektasi karir memberikan pengaruh positif paling tinggi sebesar 70,9%. Status sosial ekonomi orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi studi lanjut (19,9%), dan moderasi ekspektasi karir meningkatkan pengaruh menjadi 36,9%. Sebaliknya, moderasi motivasi belajar menghasilkan nilai negatif (-17%) dan tidak signifikan. Dari lima hipotesis, tiga diterima dan dua ditolak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kesehatan keuangan PT Andira Agro Tbk periode 2022–2024 menggunakan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan time series. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan secara resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas menurun signifikan pada tahun 2023 dan sedikit membaik pada tahun 2024, namun belum mencapai standar ideal. Rasio solvabilitas mengindikasikan peningkatan ketergantungan pada utang, meskipun kemampuan membayar bunga meningkat tajam pada tahun 2024. Rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan kinerja pada tahun 2023, lalu kembali menurun pada tahun 2024 meskipun masih lebih baik dibandingkan tahun 2022. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu objek dan periode tiga tahun, namun memberikan nilai tambah melalui fokus pada sektor agribisnis dan situasi pascapandemi. Temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi manajemen, investor, dan pihak terkait dalam masalah keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan public terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Gajahmungkur Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan populasi sebanyak 121 masyarakat yang datang berkunjung dan menerima pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Gajahmungkur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, koefisien regresi sebesar 0,476, serta nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,714. Dengan kata lain, 71,4% variasi dalam kepuasan masyarakat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan publik, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak pemberi layanan di kecamatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan yang ada pada masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan guna menciptakan kepuasan yang baik.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyse how organisational culture and work motivation influence the performance of sub-district government offices in Semarang City. Amid the increasing demands for public service accountability and performance improvement, it is essential to understand how internal organisational factors affect government performance.Methods: The study adopts a quantitative explanatory research design with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 159 respondents, selected using proportionate stratified random sampling from a population of 528 employees across 16 sub-district offices. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests.Results: The results demonstrate that organisational culture and work motivation positively and significantly impact organisational performance, individually and simultaneously. Organisational culture has a positive impact on employees’ behaviour and work environment, while work motivation drives productivity and engagement. Together, these factors contribute significantly to enhancing the performance of sub-district government organisations.Conclusion and suggestion: In conclusion, strengthening a performance-oriented organisational culture and implementing motivation strategies—such as fair rewards, career development, and participatory leadership—are key to improving public service quality. Local governments should continuously build internal capacity by aligning values, leadership, and motivation mechanisms to ensure sustainable organisational performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi guru, efikasi diri guru, kepemimpinan visioner, dan literasi digital guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kota Semarang. Jenis studi ini kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian dari 279 guru dan sampel dari 164 orang menggunakan rumus SLOVIN. Sampel ini menggunakan multistage random sampling dengan menggabungkan dua teknik: cluster random sampling dan purposive sampling. Metode untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru dan kepemimpinan visioner memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada literasi digital guru, serta efikasi diri guru tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada literasi digital guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kota Semarang. Dengan demikian, literasi digital guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan persepsi guru dan kepemimpinan visioner. Disarankan agar guru dapat mengikuti pelatihan platform digital, membangun growth mindset pentingnya teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta sosialisasi literasi digital dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini berbeda dari penelitian terdahulu dengan adanya penambahan variabel efikasi diri dan kepemimpinan visioner serta diperluas untuk guru SMK Kota Semarang.   Teachers’ digital literacy in the digital education era: The role of perception, self-efficacy, and visionary leadership   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between teacher perception, teacher self-efficacy, visionary leadership, and digital literacy of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Semarang City. This type of study is quantitative. The study population of 279 teachers and a sample of 164 people using the SLOVIN formula. This sample uses multistage random sampling by combining two techniques: cluster random sampling and purposive sampling. The method for collecting data uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that teacher perception and visionary leadership have a positive and significant influence on teacher digital literacy, and teacher self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on digital literacy of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Semarang City. Thus, teacher digital literacy can be improved with teacher perception and visionary leadership. It is recommended that teachers can take part in digital platform training, build a growth mindset on the importance of technology in learning, and socialize digital literacy in education. This study is different from previous studies with the addition of self-efficacy and visionary leadership variables and is expanded to SMK teachers in Semarang City.

Abstract

Knowledge of student entrepreneurship intentions is a fundamental impetus that is very important in understanding entrepreneurship in tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the project-based learning model in increasing student entrepreneurial intentions in economics and digital business learning. This research is quantitative research with an experimental research design. The sample in this study was 80 students. This study uses actual experiments because, in this design, the researcher can control all external variables that affect the course of the investigation. Data collection in this study used instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation developed according to indicators and based on relevant theories. The results showed that the significance value of the t-test was 0.000. The significance value is less than 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted. This shows that there are significant differences in the entrepreneurial intentions of the experimental class as the class that uses the project-based learning model and the control class that uses the conventional model. Thus, implementing the project-based learning model in the experimental class significantly differs. This means that applying the project-based learning model in digital economics and business learning effectively increases student entrepreneurial intentions. ttable, which is equal to 1.985. Abstract

Pelatihan tentang analisis butir soal berdasarakan teori tes klasik berbantuan software iteman dilatarbelakangi dari pemahaman dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam menganalisis butir soal yang masih rendah sehingga menjadi kendala dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Untuk itu, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam mengolah data jawaban peserta didik menggunakan aplikasi iteman. Dengan butir soal yang telah dianalisis, para pendidik dapat memberikan soal yang berkualitas dan terukur sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Kegiatan pelatihan analisis butir soal ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendampingan selama satu kali pertemuan dengan total peserta sebanyak 57 orang pendidik di MTs. Tarbiyatul Banin Winong. Metode pelaksanaan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh adanya peningkatan kemauan dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam melakukan pengolahan data dan menganalisa butir soal menggunakan aplikasi iteman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini telah menjawab permasalah mitra terkait peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically investigate the antecedents and consequences of student satisfaction with programs provided by higher education institutions and identify service quality attributes that need to be improved. This research uses the American Customer Satisfaction Model (ACSM) as an analytical lens. The unit of analysis in this research concentrates on students who are studying at Semarang City Universities. Partial Least Squares (PLS) estimation is used to test measurement models, estimate the predictive power of theoretical models, and obtain the SSI score. Although student satisfaction is a complex concept, this model has proven to be an accurate estimator. The research results show that student satisfaction is entirely satisfactory, with an SSI score of 68.75. Through the Structural Measurement Method, it was found that perceived benefits and interactions in the process had the most significant influence on satisfaction. This research contributes to discussions about service quality by highlighting the role of perceived usefulness and aspects of the interaction process as factors shaping service quality. Apart from that, this research also reinforces the discussion regarding the relationship between student satisfaction and complaints by showing that this relationship is negative if managed by producing graduates loyal to the university.
