Abstract

Childbirth is an important event that is always remembered in a woman's life. The choice of place of delivery will have an impact on the health of the birthing mother. Even though it is supported by good facilities and health workers, it is still found that births are carried out by health workers at home, this happened in Krueng Tho Village, Aceh Jaya Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of knowledge of pregnant women and the attitudes taken in choosing a place of delivery in Krueng Tho Village, Darul Hikmah District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The sample in this study was part of pregnant women in 2011 and 2023. This research is a quantitative type with descriptive analytical methods. Determining the sample size in this study was calculated using a formula of 150 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Factors that influence the choice of place and delivery assistance include level of knowledge, income level, attitude, level of education, family support, distance to health facilities and age factors. It is hoped that this research can provide advice for health workers to pay more attention to pregnant women and women giving birth, especially in terms of choosing a place of birth and birth assistance, namely the need to increase attention to health service programs through socializing childbirth in health facilities.

Abstract

Hypertension is a growing public health concern. This study aimed to identify factors associated with hypertension among residents of Rentang Village, Darul Hikmah District, Aceh Jaya Regency. Employing a cross-sectional design with community participation, the research found a high prevalence of hypertension. Key risk factors included lifestyle factors such as high salt intake, physical inactivity, and overweight, as well as genetic predisposition. Additionally, environmental factors like stress, air pollution, and limited healthcare access may contribute to the hypertension burden. These findings underscore the need for comprehensive interventions to increase public awareness of healthy lifestyles, address genetic risk factors, and improve healthcare accessibility. Collaborative efforts between the government, community, and stakeholders are essential to reduce hypertension's impact on Rentang Village and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Industri halal adalah proses pengolahan barang dengan dasar syariah sehingga produknya baik (thayib), sehat, aman, dan tidak berbahaya, sehingga halal untuk dikonsumsi, dinikmati, atau digunakan. Konsep halal tidak hanya berarti menghindari zat yang haram untuk dikonsumsi, tetapi juga mencakup kualitas dan keselamatan dalam berbagai aspek proses pengolahan, pengendalian, penyimpanan, pengemasan, transportasi, dan distribusi. Halal tidak hanya dianggap sebagai religi, tetapi juga dianggap sebagai konsep secara keseluruhan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan untuk dibahas lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengutamakan penggunaan metode yang sesuai dengan pokok penelitian. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penguatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di kumpulan UMKM ini di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the communication process, making it crucial in today's fast-paced world. Internet technology has been instrumental in meeting this need, but there is no consensus on the definition of E-Commerce, as it is a complex issue involving science, technology, economics, and law. A descriptive analysis was used to analyze the importance of legal protection for online business users, focusing on business ethics in the context of buying and selling developments. The results of this study show that Suru-Suru All Delivery has fulfilled consumer rights as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, as seen from the interviews conducted by the researcher with consumers and the director of Suru-Suru All Delivery. Consumer protection in online transactions (E-Commerce) at Suru-Suru All Delivery is fundamentally in accordance with Sharia business ethics because the consumer protection provided by Suru-Suru All Delivery aligns with the principles of Sharia business ethics.

Abstract

A mixed marriage will bring legal consequences to the parties who do it, namely related to property in the marriage. The joint assets formed during the marriage are not only located in the territory of Indonesia, but also located abroad (Singapore). This study examines the position of joint assets in mixed marriages located outside the territory of Indonesia who filed for divorce and property claims in the District Court. The purpose of this article, which is based on the results of this research, aims to determine legal certainty regarding the status of joint property in mixed marriages located abroad (Singapore) based on Decision No. 552 / Pdt.G/2013/PN.Dps) by Judge. The research method used in this study is a normative legal research method with a source of law, namely statutory regulations. The research method used is a normative juridical approach. Research specifications use analytical descriptive and data sources use secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Materials from the results of this study indicate that joint assets located abroad (Singapore) are subject to the Indonesian Judge's decision. In the eligibility conditions in the Strata Title rules that apply in Singapore, the holder of a Permanent Resident permit has the right to transfer or sell property located in that country.
