Abstract

Higher education institutions in the digital era are faced the challenge of providing effective and efficient career services for their students. The current problem is the process of providing information on job vacancies in universities which is still posted in paper form and placed on glass walls. Apart from that, there are still many universities that do not have online information services to support careers for graduating students, one of which is the Career Center Service. On the partner side (agencies/industry) which require human resources, they still conventionally provide career information to universities in paper form which requires a glass wall to display the information so that it can be read by visitors who need the information. This research aims to design a university Career Development Center (CDC) Information System by implementing the Agile Method to overcome this problem. With the Agile method, the CDC information system design process in university becomes more effective and efficient. The stages of the Agile method are planning, Design, Testing, implementation, Review and Launch. The results obtained in this research are the CDC information system with 3 level access rights, namely student affairs, partners (company/industry agencies), and alumni/visitors. This research aims to create a CDC information system that can help universities have online services related to the Development of students who have graduated in obtaining job vacancy information flexibly, besides that students who have graduated and partners (agencies/industry) can online access information/provide vacancy information without the need to submit vacancy information papers to universities.

Abstract

Dhyana Pura University is one of the private universities in the Badung-Bali district, as an educational institution it is required to provide services to all academics, one of service for complaints about Information Technology equipment broke which is of course very important. However, what has happened so far in terms of management is that information technology equipment damage services are still experiencing several problems, namely reporting damage and handling complaints which are still recorded manually, namely using paper, so there is a risk of loss or forgetting to be followed up by technicians due to piling up files, apart from The leadership of the ICT Department also finds it difficult to monitor the activities of its technicians in handling user complaints. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design an information system that aims to overcome this problem. In the design process, a method is needed to be used, the Framework For The Application Of System Thinking (FAST) method. FAST is a framework for various types of projects and strategies or hypotheses used for learning, developing and maintaining information systems. Because by utilizing this information system you can provide information quickly and easily. In this research, the information system design will be designed using the FAST method which consists of 7 phases, namely; Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design, and Construction and Testing, where each of the existing phases must be carried out in more detail in each scope so that the resulting output can be more accurate and more timely updates so that the resulting design can be used for development to the next stage where later this system design will be used as a reference in the website application software development process.

Abstract

SEO has long been known by many people, with the aim of increasing the number of visitors on networking pages. Where the network page, has information in the form of goods, products or services offered. In the research conducted, SEO is specifically designed to market products in the form of speaker goods which have the aim of introducing students to entrepreneurship training with business capital that is not large, but can generate and carry out small entrepreneurship. By building small entrepreneurship, training students to get to know digital marketing with the help of using an application from Tokopedia. The learning process is carried out using the simple ADDIE method to be able to understand and prepare the product to be offered
