Abstract

The purpose of research conducted is to obtain a picture of the perceptions and expectations of society against PT. Kaltim Jaya Bara in Long-Lanuk Sambaliung District, from economic aspect, social aspect, and public welfare aspect. The analysis tools used are IKM (Satisfaction Index). Where IKM is calculated by using "weighted average value" of each element. There are sixteen assessment elements / indicators reviewed. Based on the research results can be seen that the public perception of PT. Kaltim Jaya Bara in terms of economic, social, and public health is "Good Enough". This is indicated by the large Public Satisfaction Index of 2.81 and the Satisfaction Index score after converted 70.25 (Good Indicator). This means the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the analysis results obtained regression equation Y = 395.186 - 19.424 (X). Based on the results of the analysis shows that the influence of interest rates on the amount of motorcycle sales in Berau District is negative or there is a relationship that is inversely proportional, where if the interest rate increases then the sales of motorcycle credit decreased and vice versa if the interest rate decreased then the sales of motorcycle loans will increased. Correlation analysis is a statistical tool used to find out the strong weak relationship between variables (X) in this case the interest rate with variable (Y) in this case motorcycle sales credit. After analyzed by correlation analysis shows that the relationship between interest rate and credit sales of motorcycles equal to -0.767. This means the relationship between interest rates and sales of motor credits is strong because it is close to 1 and the negative indicates that the relationship is inversely proportional. RINGKASAN Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 395,186 – 19,424 (X). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh suku bunga terhadap jumlah penjualan kredit sepeda motor di Kabupaten Berau adalah negatif atau terdapat hubungan yang berbanding terbalik, dimana apabila suku bunga naik maka penjualan kredit sepeda motor menurun dan sebaliknya apabila suku bunga turun maka penjualan kredit sepeda motor akan meningkat. Analisis korelasi adalah alat statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kuat lemahnya hubungan antara variabel (X) dalam hal ini tingkat bunga dengan variabel (Y) dalam hal ini penjualan kredit sepeda motor. Setelah dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara suku bunga dengan penjualan kredit sepeda motor sebesar -0,767. Hal ini berarti hubungan antara suku bunga dengan penjualan kredit sepeda motor cuku kuat karena mendekati angka 1 sedangkan nilai negative menunjukkan bahwa hubungannya berbanding terbalik.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah pembangunan yang dapat terjadi di mana saja, baik di negara maju maupun berkembang. Sebagai negara berkembang, kemiskinan merupakan salah satu isu besar di dalam perekonomian Indonesia, seolah-olah menjadi “pekerjaan rumah” yang belum dapat terselesaikan. Usaha pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kemiskinan sebenarnya sudah ditempuh dengan berbagai cara, mulai dari program bantuan modal atau uang tunai kepada rakyat miskin sampai program transmigrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sekunder yang merupakan data panel yang terdiri data time series dan data cross section. Data diambil dari 7 Kabupaten dan 3 Kota yang ada di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan periode 2011-2019. Hasil analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression),diketahui bahwa Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Pengangguran berpengaruh Simultan terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan Nilai Uji Simultan (Uji F) sebesar 0,048 (Lebih kecil dari 0.050) dengan Uji Kopesien Determinasi (R2) Sebesar 79.7%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa Hipotesis Diduga Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Pengangguran berpengaruh Simultan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dapat di terima.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Belanja Daerah Terhadap PDRB ADHK Di Kabupaten Berau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Rumusan masalah adalah apakah Belanja Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK, apakah Belanja Tidak Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK dan apakah Belanja langsung dan Belanja Tidak Langsung secara simultan Berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK di kabupaten berau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan, kuat dan positif antara Belanja Langsung Dan Belanja Tidak Langsung Terhadap PDRB ADHK Di Kabupaten Berau yang di tunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,863 atau 86,3%. Hal ini berarti bahwa Belanja Langsung Dan Belanja Tidak Langsung mempengaruhi PDRB ADHK sebesar 86,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,7% di pengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain. Dengan demikian bahwa hipotesis yang dikemukakan dapat diterima.

Abstract

In order to support the provision of homes for the MBR group, the government provides a series of programs so that the house can be affordable by the community. The problem of housing and settlements in bayur Bay Village is actually inseparable from the dynamics that develop in people's lives and existing government policies. This condition is interesting to research in order to provide optimal benefits, both to consumers and developers. The purpose of this study is 1) Finding the factor of the number of family heads and prices that affect the demand for subsidized houses in PT. Kaltim mandiri development in Bayur Bay Village, 2) Found the magnitude of the influence of each factor on the demand for subsidized houses in PT. Kaltim mandiri development in Bayur Bay Village. The study used secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that of the five variables used in this study only one variable had a positive or significant effect and the value of t calculated greater than t table i.e. variable number of family heads and price variables did not have a positive or significant effect on the demand for subsidized houses. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained variables that have the greatest influence on the demand for subsidized houses, namely the varying number of family heads, both price variables. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R Sqaure known 67.7% of the demand for subsidized houses can be explained by variables in the number of family heads and prices. While 46.3% of the demand for subsidized homes was affected by other variables not studied in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a tested explanation of the Effect of General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on Economic Growth in Berau Regency in 2012-2021. The subject of this research is the government of Berau Regency and the object of this research is the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund for Economic Growth. The type of data collected is quantitative data sourced from the Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results showed that the General Allocation Fund partially had no significant effect on economic growth in Berau Regency. The Special Allocation Fund partially has a significant effect on economic growth in Berau Regency. The General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund simultaneously have a significant effect on Economic Growth in Berau Regency.
