Abstract

Diketahui angka R Square adalah 0,670. Hal ini berarti 37% Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independent. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 67% = 33%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Standar error of estimate adalah sebesar 3,53 Sedangkan standar deviasi variabel Kinerja adalah sebesar 4,41. Karena standar error of estimate lebih kecil dari standar deviasi, maka model regresi ini lebih bagus bertindak sebagai prediktor kinerja daripada rata-rata kinerja itu sendiri.Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan responden 169 – 4 = 165 diperoleh F hitung 32,281 > F tabel 2,43. Oleh karena probabilitas jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan faktor motivasi, disiplin dan Iklim kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Umum YPK Tenggarong adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mengembangkan tugas dan fungsi pendidikan dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, khususnya dalam hal pendidikan menengah. Sekolah Menengah Umum merupakan bagian dari system pendidikan nasional yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang – Undang 1945 yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan dan menyiapkan peserta didik menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memiliki kemampuan,  kecakapan  dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan atau menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan serta mengupayakan generasi muda yang berguna bagi masyarakat, bangsa, dan Negara.Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Prospek

Abstract

This research was to analyze The Influence of Online Store Beliefs to Impulse Buying (Consumer Purchase) Online at the Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong. The analysis tool used in this research is simple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.1 For Window, with population number 30 responden and sample number 30 responders. R value is 56% it means there is relationship between Online store beliefs variable to impulse buying. And R square value is 0,314 it means 31,4% consumer impluse buying affected by online store beliefs and 68,6% consumer impluse buying affected by another variable such us location, price, consumer perseption. From the research results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Online Store Beliefs to Impulse Buying consumers online at Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong. Thus the hypothesis proposed by researchers in this study are: "That Online Store Beliefs significantly influence Impulse Buying consumers online at Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong" accepted and proven true. Keywords: Beliefs, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a significant influence of cash turnover anda receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) and to analyze the dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong. The data used in this research is the financial report Employee Cooperation PDAM Tirta Mahakam namely profit and loss and balance sheet 2012-2016 period. Analyzer used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination, t test and test f. The hypothesis is There is influence of cash turnover and receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Saving and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong and Variable receivable turnover have the ost dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Savings and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong.The result of research shows that simultaneously cash turnover variabels and receivableturnover no effect on SHU on unit business saving and loan Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong where the value of F arithmetic = 5,386 < F table = 19,000. The value of t test receivable turnover (X2) is 0,182 when compared with the test value of t cash turnover (X1) 0f 3,207 then cash turnover has an dominant influence on the rest of of business result.The number of R Square generated is 0,843, it shows that 84,3% of the remaining business result is influenced by cash turnover and receivable turnover. While the remaining 15,7% influenced by other factors or other variables beyond this study. Keyword: cash turnover, account receivable turnover, rest of business result

Abstract

Abstract :PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade plywood (plywood) is located in the street Yos Sudarso. 18 Village Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The existing system of incentives at PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is to apply the system of achievement of predetermined targets with the amount of wages or salaries that are adjusted to the number of productivity successful employees do in the day. The number of population in this study amounted to 70 permanent employees of the production and the number of samples used amounted to 70 employees. Analyzer tool in this research is multiple regression analysis that is Test of t and Test F with help of Program SPSS For Window version 20.1 The results of F test calculations can be said incentive variables (X1) and wages (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) able to show the effect on the work of employees. Then the first hypothesis states that "Incentive Incentives And Wages Influence significantly on Employee Results At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Kecamatan Loa Kulu "is accepted and proven to be true. From both result of partial correlation test seen value of incentive variable the biggest influence compared wage variable, so that incentive variable is the most dominant variable influence to employee work result. From that description, hence can be concluded that second hypothesis in this research "That Variable Giving Incentives have a dominant influence on Employee Results At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Kecamatan Loa Kulu "is accepted and proven to be true.Keywords: Insentif, Wages, Work Results
