Abstract

Salah satu tanda berkembang pesatnya dunia ilmu Kedokteran adalah keberhasilannya dalam membuat satu penemuan tentang Deoxrybo Nucleid Acid (DNA). Islam tidak melarang praktek identifikasi DNA karena bisa digunakan dalam menentukan status hukum hubungan nasab dan terkait pengharaman pernikahan antar sesama mahram. Hal ini karena adanya kesamaan gen DNA antara orang tua dan anaknya. Ternyata dalam Islam pengharaman pernikahan juga bisa terjadi diantara saudara sepersususan. Identifikasi DNA bisa dilakukan antar saudara sepersusuan karena adanya unsur gen dalam ASI. Selain itu, ASI juga dapat mengembangkan tulang dan menumbuhkan daging jika dilakukan penyusuan minimal lima kali hisapan. Namun hasil tes DNA yang dilakukan antar saudara sepersusuan tidak bisa lebih akurat jika dilakukan untuk mencari hubungan nasab orang tua dan anak. Dari sini jelas membuktikan bahwa ilmu Kedokteran Islam memiliki nilai urgent terhadap hukum Islam. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari salah satu aksiologinya yakni dalam penentuan status saudara sepersusuan dengan catatan dalam praktiknya masih tetap berada dalam koridor Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the extent of adolescent knowledge about zakat and its calculations. Zakat itself is the third pillar of Islam, therefore we need to know in detail the types of zakat, its calculations, and to whom it is distributed. Zakat is a part of the property that must be issued by Muslims to be given to 8 asnaf as stated in the Qur'an and Sunnah. In Indonesia, there is the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) whose task is to collect and distribute zakat, infaq and shodaqoh. BAZNAS has also arranged all zakat calculations from zakat fitrah, shares, agriculture, professions and many more.Keywords: Zakat, Zakat Calculation, BAZNAS.

Abstract

The trend that is happening nowadays is online transactions through live-streaming or what is commonly known as live-streaming shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of live-streamers on purchase intention with consumer trust as an intervening variable. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are state university students who use social media TikTok in Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 195 respondents, determined using a purposive sampling technique with criteria such as students aged 18-28 years who are TikTok social media users in Malang City who have watched live-streaming on the official TikTok account of @Somethincofficial, and have ever used TikTok Shop feature. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) or SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer trust.

Abstract

Generally, the Moon has four distinct phases, namely: New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, and Last Quarter. In contrast to the other two phases, the New Moon and Full Moon phases are frequently used in the studies discussing Qamariah months since they cope with Muslim worship such as salat (prayers), fasting, hajj, and so on. Various methods have been employed for the calculation of the New Moon and Full Moon, ranging from ‘taqribi’, ‘haqiqi’, and contemporary methods. The calculation of Jean Meeus’ algorithm is often presented in those studies. This kind of calculation is carried out to explore the Julian Day (JD) investigating when New Moon and Full Moon occur in the Qamariah months. The Jean Meeus’ algorithm data were taken into account of Ramadhan 1430 H. The calculation result was compared to the ephemeris method and ‘mawaqit’ application to examine the level of accuracy. This study promotes that the difference is not too significant so that the calculation result is able to be used as the ‘hisab’ (calculation) of the first day of Qamariah months.
