Abstract

The purpose of education is to develop the potential of students to be man who is faithful and devoted to God Almighty, glorious, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent and become citizens of a democratic and accountable. To improve competitiveness and achieve educational goals, educational institutions are required constantly improve educational services. Competition educational institutions not only from physical factors, but is also determined by a system service capable of providing satisfaction to students. This research aims to determine how the effect of the quality of educational services to customer satisfaction and the extent of educational services provided by the Department of Flight Safety, ICAI Curug. The analysis technique used is descriptive method of quantitative analysis that presents the facts about what it is going to systematically about the state perceived by the object of research. The analysis indicates that service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and services provide by institution generally is good.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, optimizing airport operational monitoring systems has become a crucial need to enhance efficiency and safety. One essential aspect of ground operations is Ground Support Equipment (GSE), which ensures the smooth execution of aircraft activities on the ground. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a digital-based GSE data collection system in supporting the monitoring performance of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The research applied a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings reveal that the existing manual system causes delayed data access, increases the risk of recording errors, and complicates the validation process of operational vehicle legality. Results also indicate that implementing digitalization via QR code-based applications, monitoring dashboards, and automatic notifications can accelerate decision-making processes, strengthen inter-unit coordination, and improve data accuracy and compliance with regulations. In conclusion, GSE digitalization significantly enhances AMC monitoring effectiveness and is highly recommended as a modern monitoring model for Indonesian airports.

Abstract

The author conducted this outreach program over a two-week period for the students he teaches on campus especially student in Universitas Pancasakti Makassar, Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda, STITNU Al-Farabi Pangandaran, Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug, and Universitas Islam Negeri Antasari Banjarmasin. The author expresses his deepest gratitude to the students who were willing to participate in the socialization regarding semantic scholars in improving the quality of student research. There were one hundred and fifty students from five campuses: Pancasakti Makassar, Widya Gama Mahakam University Samarinda, STITNU Al-Farabi Pangandaran, Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug, and Antasari State Islamic University Banjarmasin. The author sincerely hopes that after this, the quality of student research can further improve.
