Abstract

Abstract The reseach was intended to discover the contribution the managerial of capability and stlye of leadership on teacher of kinerja. The research uses a quantitative method with sampling probability sampling technique with a sample of 33 people in Junior High School districts North of Kotabumi districts North of Lampung. The results showed a contribution of between managerial ability and leadership style of principals on teacher performance. This means that the ability of managerial and leadership styles have a significant contribution to the performance of teachers either partially or tested together. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kemampuan manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se kecamatan Kotabumi Utara kabupaten Lampung Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi antara kemampuan manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Artinya kemampuan manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai kontribusi yang berarti terhadap kinerja guru baik diuji secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) Pengaruh masing-masing kecerdasan matematis logis (tinggi, sedang, rendah) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) Apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD dan kecerdasan matematis logis yang terjadi pada prestasi belajarnya. Untuk memperoleh jawaban beberapa tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya quasi experimental design dipilih dan ujinya adalah analisis variansi (anava) dua jalan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji sceffe jika diperlukan. Prestasi dalam penelitian ialah: (1) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan matematis logis terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD yang diterapkan dan masing-masing kategori kecerdasan matematis logis pada prestasi belajar. Kata Kunci: Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition(AIR) berbantu LKPD, KecerdasanMatematis logis, PrestasiBelajar. Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the application of LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning models on student learning outcome; (2) The influence of each logical mathematical intelligence (high, medium, low) on student achievement; (3) Is there an interaction between LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning models and logical mathematical intelligence that occurs in their learning outcome. To obtain answers to some of the objectives of the study, quantitative methods with quasi experimental design were selected and the test was a two-way (Anava) variance analysis then followed by a sceffe test if needed. Achievements in the study are: (1) there is an influence of the influence of LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) learning models on student learning outcome; (2) there is the influence of logical mathematical intelligence on student achievement; (3) there is no interaction between LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning and each logical mathematical intelligence category on learning outcome. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Secretary Of Village performance Cempaka Mulia Barat Village Administration In the Governing Village Cempaka Mulia Barat subdistrict Cempaga District Kotawaringin Timur. The focus of this research study to determine the performance secretary of the village using performance indicators of Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara the quality of work, quantity of work, execution of work and responsibility, as well as factors inhibiting and supporting factors of the performance of the secretary of the village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by conducting interviews with the chief, the village secretary, Village Consultative Body, Head of Public Affairs, Head of Government Affairs, Head of Development and Cempaka Mulia Barat Village People. Analysis of data using analytical models Bogdan and Biklen is sifting through the data into units that can be managed, synthesizing the data, search and find data patterns, find important data and learned and decide what can be told to others.

Abstract

Abstract Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan strategi penelolaan vocational life skills pada pendidikan Islam. pendidikan keterampilan dilatarbelakangi sebagai upaya pendidikan Islam dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang menginginkan peserta didik tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan ilmu tetapi juga keterampilan untuk bekal hidup di masyarakat. Pengelola program pendidikan keterampilan pada pendidikan Islam mencakup aspek planning, implementing, and evaluating. a) Perencanaan program pendidikan keterampilan di Sekolah Islam meliputi pendidikan keterampilan yang akan dilaksanakan, mengadakan sosialisasi, menentukan tujuan, menyebar angket, menentukan waktu pelaksanaan, kurikulum pendidikan keterampilan pilihan, menyiapkan sarana prasarana. b) Pelaksanaan meliputi: menyeleksi dan memilih Pembina (tutor) untuk mengampu mata pelajaran pendidikan keterampilan, membuat modul pendidikan keterampilan terkait materi yang akan di ajarkan pada masing-masing guru Pembina. c) Adapun evaluasi, meliputi: penilaian terhadap program pendidikan keterampilan apakah sudah sesuai dengan target visi, misi dan tujuan melalui evaluasi persemester dilakukan oleh seluruh dewan guru bersama kepala sekolah dan evaluasi tahunan dilakukan kepala sekolah, komite madrasah. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in Department of Teachers Elemntary School and identify any factors that are still weak in the application of e-learning in the Department of Teachers Elemntary School. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research model in this study used a questionnaire instrument namely the ELR Aydin and Tasci models to measure the readiness of implementing e-learning. The variable in this study is the level of readiness for the application of e-learning as seen from several factors, namely (1) technological factors (2) innovation factors (3) human factors (4) self-development factors The level of readiness in this study is the level or circumstances achieved by the Department of Mathematics Education in the application of e-learning. Data analysis using ELR Aydin and Tasci models, the scores used in the assessment sheet are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 for each question to calculate the total score, and then the final average is calculated. The results obtained, the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in the Department of Mathematics Education obtained an average score of 4.29, which means ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the technology factor obtains an average score of 43 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning The level of readiness on the innovation factor obtains an average score of 4.24 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the human factor obtains an average score of 429 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the factor of self-development obtained an average score of 4.27 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket yaitu model ELR Aydin dan Tasci untuk mengukur kesiapan penerapan e-learning. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning dilihat dari beberapa faktor yaitu (1) faktor teknologi (2) faktor inovasi (3) faktor manusia (4) faktor pengembangan diri Tingkat kesiapan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat atau keadaan yang dicapai oleh Departemen Pendidikan Matematika dalam penerapan e-learning. Analisis data menggunakan model ELR Aydin dan Tasci, skor yang digunakan pada lembar penilaian adalah 5, 4, 3, 2, dan 1 untuk setiap pertanyaan untuk menghitung skor total, kemudian dihitung rata-rata akhir. Hasil yang diperoleh, tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,29 yang artinya siap dalam menerapkan e-learning namun membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor teknologi memperoleh skor rata-rata 43 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor inovasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,24 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning tetapi membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Abstract

Kucing merupakan hewan yang popular dan sangat disukai di kalangan masyarakat baik dalam bentuk fisik yang lucu maupun tingkah laku yang menggemaskan merupakan salah satu alasan yang membuat banyak orang memelihara hewan peliharaan yang satu ini, dan memelihara kucing juga merupakan sunah rasul bagi umat muslim. Kepopuleran memelihara kucing membuat jumlah peminat kucing di Indonesia sangatlah besar, dan berbagai masalahpun akan terjadi ketika pemilik kucing mendapati kucing kesayangannya sakit. Banyak kucing terserang penyakit, kucing peliharaan ataupun kucing liar, penyakit kucing diantaranya: Helminthiasis, Skabies, Ektoparasit, Koksidiosis, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Caliviral disease, Felice Panleukopenia, Earmite. Sistem pakar adalah metode ilmu yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang bisa dibilang cukup rumit, yang biasanya permasalahan itu hanya bisa diatasi oleh para ahli tertentu. Pemelihara kucing yang tidak mengetahui tentang penyakit yang diderita terhadap kucing akan menjadi permasalahan yang besar maka dengan itu dapat dibuatkan dan dibangun suatu sistem pakar. Dengan sistem yang dibuat dan dibangun tersebut dapat membantu dalam mendiagnosis penyakit yang diderita pada kucing dan memberi solusi cara pengobatan dan pencegahannya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of ice breaking use on student motivation and find out the comparison between the ice breaking method with the comparison of learning motivation in class III MI Al-khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang students. The research method used is a quantitative method and the sample in this study was class III A and class III B MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten which was divided into two, namely the experimental class and the control class. The total number of samples of this study were 68 students, consisting of 34 experimental class students and 34 control classes. Instrument The type of research used is one sample research t test consisting of the experimental class and the control class, with the experimental class of the research used is motivation learning questionnaire and observation of learning motivation. The giving of learning motivation questionnaire after giving treatment then the acquisition of value will be compared with the class without giving (control) the results are tested through one sample t test. From the calculation results, the average value of the experimental class is 44.12 and the control class is 29.45 with the sig experimental class 0,000 and the control class 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is the influence of the application of the ice breaking method when learning takes place to increase the learning motivation of class III students of MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Keywords: Ice Breaking, Increased Motivation To Learn Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ice breaking terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan mengetahui perbandingan antara metode ice breaking dengan comparasi terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas III MI Al-khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III A dan kelas III B MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Jumlah total sampel penelitian ini adalah 68 siswa, yang terdiri dari 34 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 34 kelas kontrol. Instrument Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian one sampel t test yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dengan kelas eksperimen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar dan observasi motivasi belajar. Pemberian angket motivasi belajar sesudah memberikan perlakuan senlanjutnya perolehan nilai akan dibandingkan dengan kelas yang tanpa pemberian (kontrol) hasilnya diuji melalui one sampel t test. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai rata-rata hitung kelas eksperimen sebesar 44,12 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 29,45 dengan sig kelas eksperimen 0,000 dan kelas kontrol 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penerapan metode ice breaking saat pembelajaran berlangsung terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas III MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Abstract

AbstractCovid-19 Pandemic was greaty impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process which was performed at the school but now learning do from home with online learning. Using of information technology is very helpful on learning process in the Covid-19 virus. Online based learning used in this study is learning that utilizes the use of Whatsapp in information communication tools. However, there are some obstacles in he process of implementing learning at UPT SDN 1 Margakaya such as not all students can take part in the online learning process because of the weak internet network and not all guardians of students have handphone andenthusiastic in participating in the online based learning process. This research was conducted to determine the role of information technology in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic of UPT SDN 1 Margakaya. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the whatsapp application based learning has an important role in the implementation of learning, the other than that there are factors that greatly influence the learning process when carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Online learning, Information Technology
