Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Manba' ul 'Ulum was founded in 2008 in Sekuwung hamlet and is one of the educational institutions that studies religious sciences which aims to provide students with experience, knowledge, prayer skills and good attitudes in participating in Islamic religious and social education. This is considered important because reciting the Koran or reading the Al-Qur'an is knowledge for students that has become part of their studies and reciting the Al-Qur'an is a form of worship that has great rewards. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview data collection techniques with ustad and ustazah about how the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an increases the enthusiasm of students to recite the Koran. The obstacle in the Koran recitation process is that they are not yet fluent in pronouncing the hijaiyah letters and also the students' knowledge of the contents of the Al-Qur'an. This decline occurred due to the negative impact of technology, especially on smartphones, which greatly influenced students' interest in reciting the Koran and students' lack of knowledge in understanding the Al-Qur'an. The results of this research state that the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an can increase students' interest in reciting the Koran with evidence that reciting the Al-Qur'an has a good impact on students, improves the ability to read the Al-Qur'an, especially the makhorijul letters and recitation, and can Cultivate students with good morals.

Abstract

Ponorogo Regency has a variety of natural beauty that can be found. Moreover, Ponorogo has various sectors that can boost regional foreign exchange. One of them is the tourism sector which is a source of regional income. Tourism development is currently starting to become one of the leading programs in regional development. The tourism development is expected to be able to contribute to the receipt of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and create jobs in the region. Ponorogo Regency has potential and interesting natural resources to be developed as tourist destinations such as hot springs, historical relics, and mountain and hilly areas. This research aims to formulate a community-based tourism development model in Ponorogo Regency, especially in the Kedung Banteng Ex-Localization area. The method used is a qualitative method involving the village head and the community around the Ex-Localization, with in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study indicate the existence of a proposed tourism development model using a community development approach. Tourism development in the Kedung Banteng Ex-Localization area is basically a portrait of efforts to develop the tourism sector in Ponorogo Regency, especially in Kedung Banteng village, Sukorejo sub-district.

Abstract

Private tutoring in the modern education system encourages many parties to evaluate their impact on student learning outcomes and find ways to optimize their implementation. This study aims to analyze the role of private tutoring given by Community Service Lecture (KPM) students from the Sunan Giri Ponorogo Islamic Institute (Insuri) on the improvement of student learning achievement at SDN 4 Kedung Banteng, Ponorogo. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study show that private tutoring of KPM Insuri students contributes positively to the improvement of student learning achievement, especially in mathematics and Indonesian subjects. Factors that contribute to the success of private tutoring include a more personalized approach to learning, more intensive attention from tutors, and the use of innovative learning methods. However, the study also identified challenges such as time constraints and student attendance consistency. The conclusion of this study is that private tutoring for KPM Insuri students is effective in improving students' academic achievement and there needs to be better planning and support from all parties to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Instilling akhlakul karimah values ​​in Islamic education is a very important aspect in shaping the character and personality of students. Madrasah Diniyah Mamba'ul Ulum Dukuh Sekuwung, Kedung Banteng Village, took a strategic step by implementing the study of the book Alalaa as an effort to improve the moral and ethical abilities of its students. The Alalaa Book, which contains Islamic moral teachings in depth, is used as a basis for educating students so that they not only have theoretical understanding but are also able to practice these values ​​in everyday life. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing Alalaa book learning and its impact on the formation of akhlakul karimah behavior among students. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved observation, interviews and documentation to collect data from students, teachers and madrasa administrators. The results of the research show that learning the book Alalaa significantly contributes to increasing the understanding and practice of akhlakul karimah by students. The implementation of interactive and contextual learning, where teaching material is linked to the reality of students' daily lives, has proven effective in instilling moral values. Although this research also identified several obstacles, such as variations in students' initial levels of understanding and limited learning time, key supporting factors such as teacher commitment, support from madrasah administrators, and a conducive learning environment succeeded in overcoming most of these obstacles. In conclusion, the implementation of learning the Alalaa book at Madrasah Diniyah Mamba'ul Ulum not only significantly improves the students' akhlakul karimah abilities, but also strengthens their moral and ethical foundations in everyday life. This research recommends the need to develop more intensive and sustainable learning programs to ensure deeper internalization of moral values

Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes the extent of the contribution of the head of government to distributing state wealth for people's welfare, according to the thoughts of contemporary Islamic economic leaders Muh {Ammar Ba> qir al-S} adr and its relevance to the concept of social security in Indonesia listed in the fourth paragraph The 1945 Constitution. So the formulation of the problem is how the relevance of the concept of social security, the concept of social balance, and the concept of state intervention formulated by Muhammadiyah Ba'ir al-Soor with the social security system in Indonesia. This research is a library research on the concept of social security distribution, so this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation, and uses the deductive method as a data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the concept of social security, social welfare, and state intervention in Indonesia in alleviating poverty are in accordance with the concepts of social security, social welfare, and state intervention of Muhammad's thought. But in practice, Indonesia has not implemented the theory well, because of insufficient funding. Therefore, there needs to be a more decisive policy in the distribution of social security.الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة رؤساء الدول في توزيع ثروة الدولة من أجل رفاهية الناس وفقاً لأفكار القادة الاقتصاديين الإسلاميين المعاصرين محمد باقير الصدر ومدى صلته بمفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي في إندونيسيا كما ورد في الفقرة الرابعة من دستور عام 1945. لذا فإن صياغة المشكلة تكمن في مدى ملاءمة مفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي ومفهوم التوازن الاجتماعي ومفهوم تدخل الدولة محمد باقير الصدر مع نظام الضمان الاجتماعي في إندونيسيا. لأن هذا البحث هو بحث في المكتبة حول مفهوم توزيع الضمان الاجتماعي ثم تستخدم هذه الدراسة نهجًا كميًا باستخدام تقنيات جمع البيانات باستخدام طريقة التوثيق والطريقة التحليلية التي يستخدمها الباحث هي الطريقة الاستنتاجية تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي والرعاية الاجتماعية وتدخل الدولة في إندونيسيا في تخفيف الفقر يتماشى مع مفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي. تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي والرعاية الاجتماعية وتدخل الدولة في إندونيسيا في تخفيف الفقر يتماشى مع مفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي محمد باقير الصدر. ولكن من الناحية العملية، لم يتم تطبيقه بشكل صحيح في إندونيسيا لأنه إذا تم تقسيم المبلغ الإجمالي للأموال للضمان الاجتماعي على عدد الفقراء في إندونيسيا، ذالك الأموال لا تزال غير كافية. لذلك، يجب أن تكون هناك سياسة أكثر حسماً في توزيع الضمان الاجتماعي.Abstrak: Tulisan ini memaparkan sejauh mana kontribusi kepala negara dalam mendistribusikan kekayaan negara untuk kesejahteraan rakyat sesuai pemikiran tokoh ekonomi Islam kontemporer Muh{ammad Ba>qir al-S}adr dan relevansinya dengan konsep jaminan sosial di Indonesia yang tercantum pada alinea keempat UUD 1945. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana relevansi konsep jaminan sosial, konsep keseimbangan sosial, dan konsep intervensi negara Muh{ammad Ba>qir al-S}adr dengan sistem jaminan sosial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini penelitian kepustakaan tentang konsep distribusi jaminan social, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, serta metode deduktif sebagai metode analisis yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep jaminan sosial, kesejahteraan sosial, dan intervensi negara di Indonesia dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan sesuai dengan konsep jaminan sosial, kesejahteraan sosial, dan intervensi negara Muh{ammad Ba>qir al-S}adr. Akan tetapi dalam praktiknya, di Indonesia belum terimplementasi dengan baik karena apabila jumlah seluruh dana untuk jaminan sosial dibagi dengan banyaknya rakyat miskin di Indonesia, dana tersebut masih belum mencukupi. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya kebijakan yang lebih tegas lagi dalam pendistribusian jaminan sosial tersebut.
