Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Manba' ul 'Ulum was founded in 2008 in Sekuwung hamlet and is one of the educational institutions that studies religious sciences which aims to provide students with experience, knowledge, prayer skills and good attitudes in participating in Islamic religious and social education. This is considered important because reciting the Koran or reading the Al-Qur'an is knowledge for students that has become part of their studies and reciting the Al-Qur'an is a form of worship that has great rewards. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview data collection techniques with ustad and ustazah about how the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an increases the enthusiasm of students to recite the Koran. The obstacle in the Koran recitation process is that they are not yet fluent in pronouncing the hijaiyah letters and also the students' knowledge of the contents of the Al-Qur'an. This decline occurred due to the negative impact of technology, especially on smartphones, which greatly influenced students' interest in reciting the Koran and students' lack of knowledge in understanding the Al-Qur'an. The results of this research state that the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an can increase students' interest in reciting the Koran with evidence that reciting the Al-Qur'an has a good impact on students, improves the ability to read the Al-Qur'an, especially the makhorijul letters and recitation, and can Cultivate students with good morals.

Abstract

Hari besar keagamaan merupakan hari-hari yang diperingati secara khusus oleh para pemeluknya. Hari besar mempunyai arti dan makna penting bagi kehidupan manusia baik karena pengaruhnya maupun nilai-nilai spiritualnya. Ibadah bertujuan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan. Namun tidak semua umat Islam mengetahui dan mampu membedakan kegiatan hari besar keagamaan yang dikategorikan perayaan dan peringatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan hari besar Islam dalam kategori peringatan dan perayaan, serta mendeskriptifkan perintah agama dan budaya masyarakat dalam melaksanakan upacara-upacara hari besar keagamaan Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen/literatur review berupa buku, jurnal dan dokumen lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Data menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Upacara-upacara hari besar dalam agama Islam ada yang bersifat perayaan, yaitu hari-hari yang identik/ momentum dengan suasana kebahagiaan, dan ada yang bersifat peringatan yaitu momentum untuk mengingatkan sesuatu; 2) Hari-hari besar merupakan titik temu antara agama dan budaya. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa agama mempunyai makna yang komplek/ beragam dan mempunyai kegunaan bagi individu, sosial, psikologi dan pendidikan. Hari raya besar dalam Islam yang masuk kategori sebagai perayaan adalah Idul Fitri dan Idul Adha, sedangkan selain kedua hari raya tersebut masuk kategori peringatan. Perayaan dan peringatan hari besar Islam merupakan kegiatan percampuran antara agama dan budaya, karena agama tanpa budaya akan terasa kaku.

Abstract

The principal's goal in creating an innovative environment is to improve the quality of learning, develop student creativity, encourage collaboration between student teachers and parents, facilitate teacher professional development and utilize technology as a support in the learning process. This is considered important. School principals have a significant influence on improving educational standards. They are tasked with managing schools, planning educational events, training teachers, and utilizing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities. The results of this research are that school principals need to take various steps to create an innovative learning environment. These steps include formulating a vision and mission that supports innovation, providing resources, and encouraging collaboration. Through effective leadership, school principals can create an environment that supports creativity, active participation, and a meaningful learning process. The role of the principal in the learning environment is very important to create an atmosphere that is conducive to students' academic and social development. School principals have a crucial role in determining the quality and success of learning in schools. By being a visionary instructional leader, school principals can ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their maximum potential in learning. In addition, school principals play a role in supporting teacher professional development, creating a conducive learning environment, utilizing data for improvement, and establishing good relationships with the community.

Abstract

The development of technology requires SMK students to master effective presentation skills using technology. To overcome the difficulties of XII grade students of SMK Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang Jepara in the process of preparing final project presentations, the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic service team organized training in making Canva-based presentations. The activity aimed to improve visual design competencies and presentation techniques through a participatory approach. The training was held for one day with 30 students majoring in Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering. The material covered three sessions: (1) Visual Design Principles (slide structure and CRAP technique), (2) Presentation Techniques (body language, time management), and (3) Canva Practice (final project slide making practice). Evaluation using pre-test/post-test and project assessment showed an increase in the average score from 58 to 82, with 85% of participants achieving scores above the standard (≥75). As a result, participants were able to apply presentation design with Canva templates, organize visual hierarchy, and present presentations more confidently. This activity can strengthen the synergy and cooperation between universities and vocational schools in preparing students for the world of work

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan rangkaian penyajian materi yang dilakukan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran bertujuan melatih keaktifan dan kreativitas siswa diantaranya yaitu metode Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang metode PBL dan penerapannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan 10 orang, wawancara dengan 4 orang, dan dokumentasi perangkat pembelajaran. Data menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Guru belum mengetahui dan belum memahami metode PBL walaupun sebagian langkah-langkah metode PBL sudah dilakukan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar; 2) Wali kelas dan Waka. Bidang Kurikulum mengatakan bahwa guru belum menuangkan metode PBL dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada dokumen perangkat pembelajaran; 3) Guru dan Waka. Bidang Kurikulum berpendapat bahwa metode PBL perlu diterapkan karena dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis dan meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas siswa. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa guru belum mengetahui dan belum memahami cara menerapkan metode PBL dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, meskipun ada yang melakukan sebagian tahapan metode tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pemahaman dan pelatihan metode PBL terhadap guru. Sebelum menerapkan metode PBL, terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan buku panduan, melakukan pelatihan, sosialisasi kepada guru dan siswa, dan uji coba metode PBL dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
