Abstract

The level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still low, there are still many millennials who are not familiar with investment in the Islamic capital market. This study aims to explain the management of strategies undertaken by the Islamic Investment Gallery in attracting students to invest and find out the obstacles faced in attracting investors. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are interviews with management, MNC Securities and investors management, b) Documentation, c) Direct observations at the IDX Sharia Investment Gallery. The first research results that the management of strategies in increasing student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, including: a) Environmental observation; b) The formulation of strategies has not been implemented much, c) Implementation, is still not maximized; d) Evaluation and control, still need special monitoring and control strategies currently still not effective. Secondly, the factors that influence students' interest in investing are: a) Internal factors; b) Social factors; and c) emotional motives.Keywords: Management Strategy, Islamic Investment, Student InterestTingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat di Indonesia yang masih rendah, masih banyak generasi milenial yang belum mengenal investasi di pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan manajemen strategi yang dilakukan Galeri Investasi Syariah didalam menarik minat mahasiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh Manajemen Galeri Investasi syariah dalam menarik investor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara kepada manajemen galeri, Manajemen MNC Sekuritas dan para investor, b) Dokumentasi berupa foto-foto hasil wawancara, c) Observasi langsung pada Galeri Investasi Syariah BEI. Hasil penelitian yang pertama bahwa manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, di antaranya yaitu: a) Pengamatan lingkungan; b) Perumusan strategi masih belum banyak yang diterapkan, c) Implementasi, masih belum maksimal; d) Evaluasi dan pengendalian, kegiatan masih perlu pemantauan khusus dan pengendalian strategi saat ini masih belum efektif. Kedua bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berinvestasi yaitu a) Faktor dari dalam; b) Faktor sosial; dan c) Motif emosional.Kata Kunci: Strategi Manajemen, Investasi Syariah, Minat.

Abstract

The saprahan tradition is an often held at some events, in the reality of execution it requires a review of Islamic law like maqashid shari'ah because there are no definite dalil in the qur'an and the hadith that directly describes the saprahan tradition. The purpose of this study is: 1) to know the practice of the saprahan tradition of walimatul ursy in the purgatory bay district of sambass.2) to know the aspect of maqashid Shari 'ah in the saprahan tradition of walimatul ursy in the purgatory bay district of sambas. The study is field research by using descriptive methods that approach through a qualitative approach. The data sources used in the study used the primary data of interviews with puringan village people. Then for the secondary data used were books, journals, qur'an, the hadith. As for the data analysis techniques used through the 3 stages are data reduction, data discipline, and deduction and deduction. The results in the study were: 1) during preparation until the implementation of the saprahan tradition was always accompanied by good habits consistent with Islamic rules. The tradition of saprahan at regular weddings is always carried out in a long tent called taruf. 2) the maqashid Shari 'ah aspect of the wearisome tradition of walimatul ursy in the old bay district district isa hajiyat state, as is the custom of saprahan supporting the implementation of marriage in the purpur village, where marriage forms a means of maintaining nasab that is a need for dharuriyat while the sitting and eating of saprahan become a tahcinate need to complete the alignment of the saprahan implementation. Furthermore another aspect of maqashid Shari 'ah on the tradition of saprahan is the maintaining of possessions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran, efektivitas, dan kendala yang dihadapi Komisi Perlindungan dan Pengawasan Anak Daerah (KPPAD) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi anak korban kejahatan seksual di Kota Pontianak. Tingginya angka kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak menuntut evaluasi kritis terhadap peran lembaga pengawasan seperti KPPAD. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana KPPAD menjalankan mandatnya serta tantangan nyata di lapangan. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan komisioner KPPAD, sementara data sekunder mencakup peraturan perundang-undangan dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPPAD telah menjalankan peran multifaset yang mencakup pencegahan, pengawasan, pendampingan hukum, hingga rehabilitasi. Namun, analisis kritis mengungkap sejumlah kendala fundamental yang menghambat efektivitasnya, antara lain keterbatasan anggaran, sumber daya manusia yang belum terspesialisasi, tantangan koordinasi antar-lembaga, serta hambatan sosio-kultural di masyarakat. Disimpulkan bahwa meskipun KPPAD memiliki peran strategis, efektivitasnya belum optimal. Diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan melalui alokasi anggaran yang memadai, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan penyusunan protokol koordinasi yang lebih solid antar-instansi penegak hukum dan layanan sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to arouse students' interest in learning through demonstration methods in science subjects. The type of research used is field research with a descriptive analysis method throught a qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are class IV teachers and class IV students. Collection techniques and tools use interview techniques with semi-structured interview guidelines, and observation techniques use observation sheets, while documentation techniques use check list guidelines, photos and so on. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data validity testing techniques use source triangulation and data triangulation. The results of the research show that: (1) Teachers' understanding of the demonstration method in science subjects is quite understanding of the application of the demonstration method; (2) The steps taken by the teacher in implementing the demonstration method are quite good in the science learning process; (3) Students' interest in learning increased after implementing the demonstration method, namely 22 students. So it can be concluded that the demonstration method can arouse students' interest in learning in science subjects with energy source material.

Abstract

Critical thinking is one of the essential skills that must be nurtured from the early stages of formal education, especially in responding to the increasing complexity of information flow. In practice, however, elementary school students often struggle to analyze problems, construct logical reasoning, and draw conclusions from given information. This study aimed to enhance students’ critical thinking skills by implementing a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with video media in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a quantitative approach, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 30 fourth-grade students at SDN 03 Pontianak Timur. Data were collected through critical thinking tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results indicated an increase in mastery from 27% in the pre-action stage, to 60% in Cycle I, and reaching 83% in Cycle II. The implementation of PBL supported by video media proved effective in fostering students’ active engagement and gradually strengthening their critical thinking abilities.
