Abstract

Knowledge is contextual, relevant and actionableinformation. Knowledge is different from data andinformation, because it is inside a person s mind. To makeknowledge become intangible asset that can be managedand used by many people requires a knowledgemanagement.Islamic Boarding School of Roudlatul Quran Metro city isa educational foundation with resourceful teaching staffs,but they are not well-organized, so their teaching skill isconsidered static because they are not accustomed tohaving a share of teaching knowledge and materials withothers. With the implementation of knowledgemanagement, it is expected that the teachers teaching andsubject knowledge will become intangible assets that canused optimally.The development of Knowledge Management System(KMS) uses Knowledge Management Roadmap (KMR).Knowledge Management Roadmap helps the developmentof KMS development implementation, from makingBusiness-Driven knowledge, analysis and design, systemdevelopment and implementation. The systemdevelopment method done in the making of KMS usesObject Oriented System. Abstract

Padi is one of the main food commodities. Every year the need for rice continues to increase, as fulfillment of domestic and export needs. Various efforts were made in order to increase rice production, including superior seed seed research, expansion of planting land and counseling and mentoring to farmers. Pests and diseases are one of the 'main factors that have an impact on the decline in the productivity of rice plants. Recognizing Symptoms of the disease requires skills and experience and knowledge. Symptoms that arise often by farmers are difficult to recognize and only experts who can identify it correctly and correctly. The limitations of agricultural experts in the region, are obstacles for farmers when they want to consult. The expert system can then be an alternative solution to replace the expert role in deciding the type of disease that attacks. This study aims to design an expert system using certainty factors for website-based to help farmers in deciding the type of disease. Diseases that are sampled include blast, hawar daun (kresek), busuk pelepah, tungro (kerdil), chocolate spots and striped spots. The method used in this research is Reseach And Development (RND).The results of system output testing validated by experts have an accuracy of 66.67%, and system testing with blackbox testing is declared valid to the main features of the system. It is expected that this expert system, farmers become helped in deciding the type of disease that attacks their rice and can take preventive actions so as not to spread to other rice plants

Abstract

Beasiswa adalah salah satu bentuk apresiasi dalam bentuk bantuan keuangan yang diberikan kepada perorangan ataupun organisasi atas pencapaian prestasi kerja yang telah dihasilkan. Tujuannya untuk memberikan penghargaan terhadap mahasiswa yang berprestasi baik akademik maupun non akademik. Untuk mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut mahasiswa harus mengikuti proses seleksi yang dilaksanakan oleh pihak kampus sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan beasiswa berprestasi. Dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa berprestasi, penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu Fuzzy AHP dan TOPSIS. Penerapan metode Fuzzy AHP mampu meningkatkan ketepatan sasaran alternatif yang dinilai, dan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian dari awal input nilai primer hingga kalkulasi nilai akhir. Sedangkan metode topsis ini merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pendukung keputusan dengan praktis, karena metode ini mempunyai konsep yang mana alternatif yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik yang mempunyai jarak terpendek dari solusi-solusi ideal yang positif, dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal yang negatif.

Abstract

Seringkali mengalami kebingungan saat akan menentukan pemilihan cat konsumen memiliki banyak kriteria dalam menentukan cat yang diinginkan. Banyak nya kriteria yang dimiliki oleh konsumen, sales mempunyai alternatif sebagai pertimbangan untuk produk cat yang akan ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Pada penelitian ini Penulis ingin merancang sebuah Sistem Penunjang Keputusan untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam memilih cat yang diinginkan. Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan sistem pengambilan keputusan banyak kriteria dengan perhitungan yang menggunakan sistem matrik berpasangan, perhitungan dalam pemilihan cat memiliki 4 kriteria diantaranya adalah harga, warna, kualitas dan quantity.Output/Keluaran AHP ini nantinya adalah produk cat tembok yang paling direkomendasikan. Kriteria yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan cat nippon paint pada toko master warna adalah kriteria quantity dengan bobot 0,505. Kriteria selanjutnya yang sangat berpengaruh adalah warna dengan bobot 0,191, kriteria kualitas dengan bobot 0,151 serta kriteria harga dengan nilai bobot 0,149.
