Abstract

Pertumbuhan perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) yang melampaui 18 miliar unit pada 2024 menciptakan tekanan serius terhadap infrastruktur jaringan konvensional yang tidak dirancang untuk mengelola heterogenitas perangkat dalam skala masif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan pola arsitektur jaringan, protokol komunikasi, dan mekanisme keamanan yang digunakan dalam implementasi IoT nyata, menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap 25 publikasi dari basis data Scopus dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi (2019–2024). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur tiga-lapis (persepsi–jaringan–aplikasi) mendominasi 56% studi, sementara MQTT terbukti sebagai protokol komunikasi paling efisien dengan overhead rendah, dan LoRa mampu menjangkau jarak lebih dari 2 km dengan konsumsi daya di bawah 50 mA. Di sisi keamanan, enkripsi AES-256 diidentifikasi sebagai lapisan kriptografi utama, sedangkan sistem deteksi intrusi berbasis deep learning mencapai akurasi hingga 95% pada dataset benchmark. Penelitian ini memberikan peta arsitektur komprehensif yang dapat menjadi landasan berbasis bukti bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam merancang solusi IoT yang terukur, aman, dan andal di lingkungan infrastruktur yang kritis dan terhubung luas.

Abstract

Video quality degradation due to low resolution, noise, and limited frame rate poses a significant challenge in modern digital content ecosystems, ranging from streaming services to real-time surveillance systems. This study presents a systematic comparative analysis of three categories of artificial intelligence-based video optimization techniques super-resolution, denoising, and frame interpolation benchmarked against conventional methods through simulation on five representative video test clips. Six state-of-the-art deep learning models were evaluated using four quantitative metrics: PSNR, SSIM, LPIPS, and VMAF. Results demonstrate that AI-based methods consistently outperform conventional approaches, with VRT achieving optimal performance in super-resolution (PSNR 34.2 dB) and RIFE attaining the best frame interpolation score (SSIM 0.941).

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bandar Lampung City are growing rapidly with 51,267 registered units dominated by the trade, culinary, and service sectors, yet most business actors still manage transaction and inventory data manually, making data-driven decision making difficult. This study designs and builds a web-based Management Information System supporting product, inventory, sales-purchase transactions, customer-supplier, and financial reporting management using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through four phases: Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The system was developed using the Laravel 11 framework with an MVC architecture, MySQL 8 database, and a Bootstrap 5 interface enhanced with Chart.js graphs. Functional testing using Black Box on 60 test cases produced 59 successes on the first run (98.33 percent) and 100 percent after fixing a single bug in the purchase transaction module. User Acceptance Testing involving 10 SME respondents from the culinary, trade, and service sectors yielded an average score of 4.28 out of 5 (85.6 percent) categorized as very good, with feature suitability achieving the highest score of 4.5. The system is designed as a foundation that can be integrated with the national digital platform SAPA UMKM being developed by the Ministry of MSMEs for 57 million business actors in Indonesia. The findings confirm the effectiveness of RAD for SME-scale system development with active user involvement from the start.
