Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru, kendala yang dihadapi, dan cara guru mengatasi hambatan dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa melalui teknik pengendalian internal di Kelas VI SDN 07 Bilah Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dilakukan dengan teknik pengendalian internal yaitu guru memberikan contoh sikap disiplin yang baik kepada siswa. Kendala bagi guru adalah masih adanya siswa yang datang terlambat, membuat keributan di kelas, dan tidak mengenakan seragam dengan benar. Untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa, guru berupaya memberikan contoh perilaku disiplin yang baik, menegur siswa yang melanggar peraturan, dan memberikan nasihat.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the expressions of social criticism of contemporary society in the lyrics of the song Fstvlst album Hits Kitsch and to identify literary works as a medium for social criticism. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with library study data collection methods and content analysis techniques using Barthes' semiotic approach and literary sociology. The data used is an expression of social criticism that focuses on contemporary societal phenomena in Giddens' theory. The results show that in the lyrics of the song Fstvlst album Hits Kitsch there are 7 expressions of social criticism regarding inequality in social and economic structures, the growth of new values ​​that can eliminate ancestral values, and the loss of civic values ​​due to technological uncertainty and shows how literary works can be a tool to convey criticism and social transformation.

Abstract
