Abstract

Comunity service partners are the National Unity and Political Agencyof the Jakarta Provincial Gevernment. One of the tasks and functions of forming and fostering the National Integrity  Forum.Members came from representations of 34 ethnic provinces in Indonesia and 3 (three) from ethnic Chinese, Arabic and Indian descendants. The problem faced by partenrs is the desire to improve welfare and empower members to be able to try independently to strengthen economic recilience. But there is no appropriate place to the mobilize and empower the economy to be seen as the right way to achieve the goal.The method of activity is the transfer of knowledge andragogically by : assistance, consultation, socialization and the practice of establishing sharia coopratives jointly between national integrity forum with lecturers and community service implementing students, facilitated by theNational Unity and Political Agency of the Jakarta Provincial Gevernment.Providing tehnical assistance in establishing sharia cooperatives with direct involvement as managers and members of cooperatives.The result of community service is the National Sharia Cooperatuce characrterized by a notary deed of establishment and a cooperative legal entity. Abstract

Abstrak: Limbah nanas seringkali menjadi masalah lingkungan akibat penumpukan dan pembusukan yang tidak terkelola. Namun, inovasi pengolahan limbah nanas menjadi kerupuk "Wajik Crispy" di Kampung Wajik, Pulo Brayan Bengkel Baru, memberikan solusi kreatif yang meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sekaligus mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses pengolahan limbah nanas menjadi kerupuk, potensi pasar, serta dampak sosial-ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan uji kelayakan produk. Adapun jumlah peserta mitra yang ikut serta di dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah 20 orang. Program pengolahan limbah nanas menjadi kerupuk "Wajik Crispy" telah menunjukkan dampak nyata yang terukur melalui evaluasi komprehensif. Hasil kuantitatif membuktikan keberhasilan program ini: (1) Aspek produksi - kapasitas pengolahan limbah meningkat dari 0 kg/minggu menjadi 150 kg/minggu, (2) Dampak lingkungan - terjadi penurunan volume limbah nanas sebesar 68,5% dalam 3 bulan, (3) Respon pasar - produk terjual 325 kemasan/bulan dengan tingkat repurchase 82%, (4) Ekonomi masyarakat - rata-rata pendapatan mitra naik 47% dari Rp 850.000/bulan menjadi Rp 1.250.000/bulan, dan (5) Keterlibatan warga - 20 mitra aktif yang semula hanya 5 orang mampu memproduksi secara mandiri. Capaian kualitas juga terlihat dari nilai rata-rata uji organoleptik 4,2/5 untuk rasa dan 4,5/5 untuk kerenyahan. Sistem evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui buku catatan produksi dan pertemuan bulanan berhasil mempertahankan konsistensi mutu produk dengan variasi kualitas ≤5% selama 6 bulan pelaksanaan program. Dengan demikian, transformasi limbah nanas menjadi kerupuk bernilai tidak hanya mendukung ekonomi sirkular, tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan komunitas di Kampung Wajik.Abstract: Pineapple waste often becomes an environmental problem due to unmanaged accumulation and decomposition. However, the innovation of processing pineapple waste into “Wajik Crispy” crackers in Kampung Wajik, Pulo Brayan Bengkel Baru, offers a creative solution that not only increases economic value but also reduces environmental impacts. This community engagement program aims to explore the processing of pineapple waste into crackers, its market potential, and its socio-economic impacts on the local community. The methods employed include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and product feasibility testing. A total of 20 partner participants were involved in the implementation of this program. The processing of pineapple waste into “Wajik Crispy” crackers has demonstrated measurable impacts through comprehensive evaluation. Quantitative results confirm the program’s success: (1) Production aspect – processing capacity increased from 0 kg/week to 150 kg/week, (2) Environmental impact – pineapple waste volume decreased by 68.5% within three months, (3) Market response – the product reached 325 packages/month with a repurchase rate of 82%, (4) Community economy – the average income of partners rose by 47% from IDR 850,000/month to IDR 1,250,000/month, and (5) Community involvement – 20 active partners, initially only 5, are now able to produce independently. Quality achievements were also reflected in the average organoleptic test scores of 4.2/5 for taste and 4.5/5 for crispiness. A sustainable evaluation system through production logbooks and monthly meetings successfully maintained product consistency with a quality variation of ≤5% over six months of program implementation. Thus, the transformation of pineapple waste into value-added crackers not only supports the circular economy but also strengthens community resilience in Kampung Wajik.

Abstract

Alignment between instructional targets and learning outcomes is a key indicator of educational quality. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education often faces synchronization challenges. This study aims to analyze the alignment of learning objectives with student learning outcomes at Muhammadiyah Sekayu Elementary School. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with educators and documenting lesson plans, grade records, and evaluation tools. Subjects were selected through purposive sampling to obtain in-depth information about the dynamics of instruction in the field. The results indicate that the formulation of learning objectives has been adapted based on the characteristics, interests, and potential of students, adhering to the principles of student-centered Deep Learning. Educators integrate a variety of methods and formative and summative assessments to ensure the achievement of curriculum targets. Teacher professionalism and the use of a social constructivist model are key supporting factors for the success of the educational process. However, obstacles were identified, including diverse individual capacities, fluctuating motivation, limited literacy, and minimal parental involvement in learning support. The main conclusion confirms that there is no significant gap between the set targets and the competencies achieved by students. The effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning in schools is highly dependent on consistent harmonization between goal planning, teaching tactics, and a comprehensive evaluation system. ABSTRAK Kesesuaian antara target instruksional dan hasil belajar merupakan indikator utama kualitas pendidikan, namun implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sering menghadapi tantangan sinkronisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keselarasan tujuan pembelajaran dengan capaian hasil belajar siswa di SD Muhammadiyah Sekayu. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada tenaga pendidik serta studi dokumentasi terhadap rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, catatan nilai, dan perangkat evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam mengenai dinamika instruksional di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perumusan tujuan pembelajaran telah diadaptasi berdasarkan karakteristik, minat, dan potensi peserta didik dengan mengacu pada prinsip Deep Learning yang berorientasi pada murid. Tenaga pendidik mengintegrasikan variasi metode serta penilaian formatif dan sumatif untuk menjamin ketercapaian target kurikulum. Profesionalisme guru dan penggunaan model konstruktivisme sosial menjadi faktor pendukung utama kesuksesan proses edukasi. Namun, ditemukan hambatan berupa keberagaman kapasitas individu, fluktuasi motivasi, keterbatasan literasi, serta minimnya peran serta orang tua dalam pendampingan belajar. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa tidak terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara target yang ditetapkan dengan kompetensi yang diraih siswa. Efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah tersebut sangat bergantung pada harmonisasi konsisten antara perencanaan tujuan, taktik mengajar, dan sistem evaluasi komprehensif tuntas.
