Abstract

This resarch is aim for explain how the effect of attitude and motivation of society toward participation in the implementation of “siskamling” activity at village chief Labuhan Ratu Raya Bandar Lampung in 2013. The method used descriptive correlation method. The population was all of patriarch in the village chief Labuhan Ratu Raya RT 05, which amounted to 59 people. Technique in the data collective used questionnaire technique that was supported by interview and documentation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh sikap dan motivasi masyarakat terhadap partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan siskamling di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya RT 05 yang berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket, yang ditunjang dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi.Kata kunci: motivasi, partisipasi, sikap

Abstract

This paper analyzes a film as one of the media with the ability to convey certain messages to the public. Films can reflect the social and cultural conditions of society, thereby they can be used to spread the current ideas, views, and ideologies of a country. Films in Turkey are part of a culture that has developed rapidly and has become an entertainment for the people. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk reformed and turned Turkey into a new country with the ideology of secularism, controlling religious institutions and expressions. This journal article aims to describe the implementation of Turkish secular ideology in the country's cultural settings, namely censorship of religious elements in Turkish films from 1939 to 1990. The method used in this article is critical descriptive through literature study. This article concludes that censorship is not only practiced to maintain secularism in Turkey, but also to protect the religion itself.

Abstract

Pergantian karyawan merupakan tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berdampak besar pada stabilitas organisasi dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi pergantian karyawan di PT. Republic Technology Nusantara dengan menerapkan algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5. Data yang digunakan mencakup informasi anggota satuan pengamanan, seperti riwayat pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, hasil evaluasi, dan absensi. Melalui proses pengumpulan dan prapemrosesan data yang sistematis, model klasifikasi dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pergantian karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 mampu secara efektif memprediksi turnover karyawan, sehingga memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen dalam menyusun strategi retensi yang lebih optimal. Selain berkontribusi pada metode prediksi turnover, penelitian ini juga menawarkan panduan praktis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan algoritma C4.5, perusahaan dapat lebih akurat dalam mengidentifikasi karyawan strategis dan berpotensi, sehingga dapat menangani tantangan pergantian karyawan dengan lebih efisien serta meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan SDM. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa kesesuaian gaji dengan UMR memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat keluar-masuknya karyawan, baik secara sukarela maupun tidak.

Recovery Version (See for detail) This study aims to analyze the effect of stock trading volume, leverage, earnings volatility, firm size, and dividend yield on stock price volatility in companies listed in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period in this study is 5 years from 2018 to 2022. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method with the criteria that they were registered in the consumer goods industry sector from 2016, continuously published annual financial reports, and did not perform stock splits during the study period. Thirty-five companies met these criteria. The data in this study are secondary, obtained from the company's financial statements. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that stock trading volume, earnings volatility, and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock price volatility. The higher the value of stock trading volume, earnings volatility, and firm size, the higher the stock price volatility. Conversely, leverage has a negative and significant effect on stock price volatility. The higher the leverage, the lower the stock price volatility. Meanwhile, dividend yield has no impact on stock price volatility.
