Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of research are: (1) to find out the distribution of vulnerable-to-flood area in Telanaipura Subdistrict of Jambi City in 2012, (2) to find out the distribution of flood hazard area in Telanaipura Subdistrict of Jambi City in 2012, and (3) to find out the priority of Flood management in Telanaipura Subdistrict of Jambi City in 2012.This research used a descriptive qualitative method with terrain unit as the unit analysis. The area of study included entire area of Telanaipura Subdistrict consisted of 11 kelurahans. The data obtained included primary and secondary data. Techniques of collecting data used were documentation, observation, and interview. Techniques of analyzing data used to find out the distribution of vulnerable-to-flood area were scoring and overlay with the following parameters: landuse map, drainage channel density map, and slope declivity map. Before overlay process, each parameter weighing faktor was determined first according to the effect of flood vulnerability. The distribution of flood hazard area was analyzed using scoring and overlay technique with the following parameters: flood vulnerability map and intensively land use map. The flood management area was analyzed using scoring and overlay techniques with the following parameters: flood danger map and dasimetric population density map.Kata kunci : Rawan banjir, bahaya banjir, prioritas penanganan banjir

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the legal protection for Gojek Driver Partner users who experience fictitious online order transactions carried out by irresponsible consumers. Based on this background, this paper raises the formulation of the problem as follows: 1. How is the legal relationship between Gojek, Driver Partners, and Consumers 2. What are the forms of fictitious orders that occur between Drivers and Consumers 3. What is the modus operandi of fraud committed by consumers against Gojek Driver Partners 4. What are the sanctions applied to Consumers who commit fraud. This research is a normative juridical legal research that aims to conduct library research or library research to obtain supporting data related to the object or research problem used in research to answer legal issues in this study.Key words: Protection, Driver Partners, Fictitious Orders. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap pengguna Mitra Driver Gojek yang mengalami tranaksi online orderan fiktif yang dilakukan oleh konsumen yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut karya tulis ini mengangkat rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana pengaturan hubungan hukum antara Gojek, Mitra Driver, dan Konsumen 2. Apa saja bentuk pemesanan fiktif yang terjadiantara Driver dan Konsumen 3. Bagaimana modus operandi terjadinya penipuan yang dilakukan oleh Konsumen terhadap Mitra Driver Gojek 4. Apa sanksi yang diterapkan terhadap Konsumen yang melakukan penipuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum  Yuridis Normatif yaitu bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian pustaka atau penelitian kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data penunjang yang berkaitan dengan objek atau masalah penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian untuk menjawab isu hukum dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Perlindungan, Mitra Driver, Orderan Fiktif.
