Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon of the lack of application of learning methods carried out. However, the demonstration method which is one of the best methods has received less attention and lack of development. This is marked by the number of people who in learning make noise, indifferent and busy themselves by not responding to what is taught by educators. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Qur'an Tilawatil learning demonstration method and to describe efforts to increase motivation to learn Tilawatil Qur'an, using a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this study the mentoring team stated that efforts to increase motivation to learn tartilul qur'an with this demonstration method were based on the orientation to make learning effective, efficient and relevant to the community. Efforts to increase this motivation are generally carried out in two ways, first, through direct demonstrations both in the form of recordings and from direct educators, including through "praying prayer before and after lessons, giving stimulus and advice, giving reprimands". Second, through direct application or direct training to the community. Among them are through "reading recitations in congregation, commemorating Islamic holidays, life skills".

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum dan literasi digital di kalangan masyarakat yang masih kurang akses terhadap teknologi. Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat sipil, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan sukses. Peserta pelatihan menjadi lebih sadar akan hak dan kewajiban mereka dalam penggunaan teknologi digital, serta mampu mengidentifikasi potensi pelanggaran hukum yang mungkin terjadi. Selain itu, mereka juga meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dengan bijak dan aman. Dukungan dari tokoh masyarakat dan pemimpin lokal memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan program ini. Dampak jangka panjangnya tidak hanya terbatas pada tingkat individu, tetapi juga dapat membawa perubahan yang berkelanjutan dalam masyarakat menuju lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan bertanggung jawab. Program ini membuktikan nilai dan relevansinya dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, dan dengan kerja sama yang sinergis, diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan untuk memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Dualisme kepengurusan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT), organisasi kemasyarakatan besar dengan jutaan anggota di Jawa Timur, menjadi kasus paling rumit dalam regulasi ormas di Indonesia. Kementerian Hukum dan HAM menerapkan asas contrarius actus melalui Keputusan Nomor AHU-0005248.AH.01.07 Tahun 2025, mengakui kepengurusan sah di bawah Muhammad Taufiq. Langkah administratif cepat ini berhasil menghilangkan dualisme legalitas, tetapi gagal meredam perpecahan emosional dan sosial di akar rumput, sehingga ketegangan organisasional bertahan hingga awal 2026 dan berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan ketertiban. Artikel ini menganalisis kritis penerapan asas contrarius actus dalam UU No. 16 Tahun 2017 tentang Ormas dan dampaknya terhadap ketertiban masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif yang dipadukan perspektif socio-legal, penelitian menelusuri proses hukum dari gugatan di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara hingga Putusan Peninjauan Kembali Mahkamah Agung No. 68 PK/TUN/2022 yang menegaskan keabsahan pengurus tertentu. Kajian terhadap implikasi sosial mengidentifikasi gesekan antaranggota, keresahan publik, dan melemahnya fungsi PSHT sebagai perekat sosial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa regulasi ormas masih lemah dalam menyediakan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa preventif, sehingga konflik internal mudah meluas ke ranah publik dan membebani aparat keamanan. Kesimpulan menekankan perlunya pendekatan holistik yang menyeimbangkan otoritas negara dengan dialog internal yang kuat. Rekomendasi mencakup mediasi wajib, verifikasi substantif, dan reformasi UU Ormas untuk mencegah konflik serupa.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the high vulnerability of consumers in cosmetic transactions on TikTok Shop due to a mismatch between existing regulations and the impulsive, algorithm-driven nature of social commerce. The research addresses the effectiveness of legal protection, the distribution of responsibility among platforms, sellers, and influencers, and weaknesses in dispute resolution mechanisms. The study aims to critically examine regulatory gaps and propose policy recommendations responsive to digital developments. Using a normative legal research method, the study analyzes legislation on consumer protection, electronic transactions, and cosmetic supervision. Findings reveal three main issues: current regulations do not accommodate content- and algorithm-based transactions; legal responsibilities of platforms and influencers remain unclear, creating accountability gaps; and internal and external dispute resolution mechanisms are ineffective, leading to high underreporting by consumers. The novelty lies in a holistic analysis of responsibility distribution within the social commerce ecosystem and the integration of algorithmic due diligence and a hierarchical Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) model. The study concludes that consumer protection in social commerce requires a hybrid regulatory approach emphasizing compliance-by-design for platforms, clear legal accountability for influencers, and the development of an integrated ODR system with enforceable authority to ensure effective consumer redress.
