Abstract

Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, pengelolaan yang efisien terhadap stok bahan mentah dan barang jadi menjadi krusial untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. CV Kopi Biji merupakan usaha UMKM yang bergerak di bidang usaha penjualan kopi. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya saat ini, Kopi Biji belum memiliki cara dalam pengelolaan stok bahan mentah dan barang jadi, sehingga membuat Kopi Biji menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan stok. Untuk menunjang kemampuan karyawan dalam mengelola stok, maka diberikan pelatihan pengolahan data stok menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Peserta pelatihan diberikan pemahaman dalam penggunaan fitur-fitur Excel yang dapat mempercepat dan menyederhanakan proses pengelolaan data, termasuk penggunaan rumus dan lainnya. Dengan mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta sudah mulai memahami cara pemanfaatan Excel untuk membantu pengolahan data. Dengan pemahaman cara pengolahan data akan membantu Kopi Biji untuk menjaga ketersediaan produk dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta diharapkan dapat meraih keunggulan kompetitif dengan mengoptimalkan operasional dan manajemen stoknya.

Abstract

Siswa di SMA Xaverius 2 Palembang dididik tentang etika dan konsekuensi penggunaan AI. Di era komputer dan internet saat ini, sangat penting bagi siswa untuk memahami cara menggunakan teknologi dengan benar. Program pengabdian masyarakat, yang melibatkan diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, dan simulasi, membantu siswa memahami prinsip-prinsip etika dan potensi dampak negatif dari penggunaan kecerdasan buatan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih memahami etika tentang penggunaan kecerdasan buatan, lebih menyadari dampak negatif dari penggunaan kecerdasan buatan, dan lebih memperhatikan apa yang mereka lihat. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan argumentasi dan kolaborasi. Diharapkan bahwa pengetahuan ini akan menghasilkan generasi yang lebih sadar teknologi.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to conduct a review of strategies of cloud computing adoption towards the digital transformation of e-commerce. A qualitative review of literature was done using 14 literature articles between 2019 and 2024 to look at how companies adopt cloud technology. The result reveals that cloud computing has strategic advantages like lower operating costs, resource agility, and better customer data analytics. But there exist some challenges such as data security, dependance on a single Cloud service provider and organizational resistance to adopt the new technology. E-commerce firms are likely to be cautious adopters and adopt hybrid and incremental approaches to reduce risks and they will also offer enhanced staff training in relation to technical skills. We also do periodical reviews of cloud service providers to maintain the stability of the system. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for businesses to plan and govern their cloud computing adoption effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a hybrid mobile application prototype called “Tanya Fiqih Haji dan Umrah” as a supportive consultation medium for Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) related to Hajj and Umrah. The application utilizes the Gemini 2.5 Flash model with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach that is restricted to two official references issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, namely the Hajj Manasik Infographic Book 2025 and the Hajj Supplications and Dhikr Guide 2025. The system is implemented using a modern web-to-mobile hybrid architecture based on React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Capacitor, enabling deployment as a lightweight Android application with local conversation history storage. System evaluation was conducted through expert validation on ten test questions representing the core themes of Hajj and Umrah fiqh. The results show that 70% of AI responses were categorized as fully aligned with the references, 10% as partially accurate, and 20% as not aligned. These findings indicate that the RAG mechanism helps maintain consistency between AI-generated answers and authoritative literature, potentially reducing hallucination in generative models, although expert clarification remains necessary in certain cases. This study contributes to the application of RAG-based large language models in the domain of Hajj fiqh and offers a technological support tool that may benefit pilgrims, particularly independent pilgrims.
