Abstract

enelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana Studi Netnografi Pesan Penerimaan Diri Yang Disebarkan Dalam Bentuk Lagu Di Media Youtube Dengan Judul “Tutur Batin” Karya Yura Yunita Di Kalangan Pendengar Perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki tujuan yaitu menjelaskan suatu fenomena secara terperinci dan menjawab permasalahan yang diambil oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian netnografi, yaitu sebuah pendekatan yang disebut sebagai etnografi dalam internet dengan cara melihat interaktifitas didalamnya dan melihat perilaku seseorang dari berbagai budaya dan komunitas dalam dunia maya. Netnografi adalah cara untuk melakukan penelitian antropologi melalui internet, menggunakan informasi yang tersedia secara publik di mana semua orang bebas berbagi melalui media sosial. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi non partisipan karena peneliti tidak ikut berpartisipasi didalam kehidupan penelitian, peneliti hanya mengamati pada kolom komentar di Musik Video Tutur Batin pada YouTube Yura Yunita dan Teknik Studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa Penerimaan Diri Para Pendengar Perempuan setelah mendengarkan Lagu Tutur Batin adalah Mampu Menilai Diri sendiri dan mengoreksi kelemahan pribadi, sifat percaya diri dan mengasihi diri sendiri, mandiri dan berpendirian, jujur terhadap diri sendiri dan memanfaatkan kemampuan dengan bijaksana dan efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management of village government issues in managing the direct cash assistance program in Taba Mutung Village, Karang Tinggi District, Central Bengkulu Regency as input for the Taba Mutung Village Government's strategy in responding to future problems. Direct Village Cash Assistance (BLT-Desa) is cash assistance to poor families in villages sourced from the Village Fund to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative description. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that (1) Village government issue management by identifying issues, namely investigating and tracing issues related to direct cash assistance (BLT) problems that are developing in the community for follow-up. (2) Village government issue management by means of issue analysis, namely finding issues that are important to resolve so that the issue does not spread widely. (3) Issue management by selecting an issue strategy, namely by inviting people whose names have been excluded from the list of recipients of direct cash assistance (BLT) to held internal meetings. (4) Village government issue management with an issue handling program, namely with mutually agreed policies, namely the distribution of basic necessities to people who are excluded from direct cash assistance (BLT) recipients and those affected by Covid-19. (5) Village government issue management with evaluation of results, namely To anticipate issues that will develop in the community, the village government provides direction and explanation to the community first before taking or determining a decision, so that a decision that will be made does not cause issues in the community because they have not received a direct explanation related to a decision or decree.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Pengaruh Kreativitas, Inovasi Dan Transformasi Digital Terhadap Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Pangkalpinang.”. The background of this research is based on existing phenomena showing that the competition among MSME is increasing digitally during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of creativity, innovation and digital transformation towards entrepreneurship, both simultaneously and partially. The method of research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents. This study has three independent variables; creativity, innovation and digital transformation. The dependent variable was labeled as an entrepreneurship. Testing instruments are using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the F-test along with Simple Linear Regression with T-test. Also the researcher use an analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) in order to provide empirically the ability to explaining the dependent by two independence variables simultaneously. The results of the research on the independent variable creativity (X1) obtained t-count 2.932 > t-table 1.660, innovation variable (X2) with t-count 6,022 > t-table 1.660 and digital transformation variable (X3) with t-count 7,022 > t-table 1.660 Therefore, a creativity has a partial effect towards entrepreneurship, and an innovation has a partial effect towards entrepreneurship. Also, the study stated if digital transformation has a partial a partial effect towards enterpreneurship. The results of the F-test show that F-count 50.485 > F-table 2.70. This means that the independent variables (creativity, innovation and digital transformation) simultaneously has an affect towards the dependent variable (entreprenurship). The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show Adjusted R-Square 0.600 or in other word, that entrepreneurship variables can be explained by variables creativity, innovation and digital transformation) by 60%. While the remaining 0,400 or 40% can be explained by other variables outside the research variables.
